NEVER RENT WITH HYMPL - Had been renting ALPHA PRIUS (PI) WHITE with HY for the past 1yrs+ last week due to ABS system down the car unable to break and causing 3rd car chain collision and $1k excess paid so HY say will scrap this car and get another PRIUS APLHA (PI) dark grey , pump full tank, change car mats, change wiper, two side mirror and happily getting ready for tmrw (2Nov) but today (3Nov) when started my 2nd job ABS SIGNAL appeared with beep beep beep sound again. Contacted HY and they ask to drive to them to check and I manage to drop off the passenger and drive back to HY workshop. When reaches one of the boss scolded me for nothing and 2nd boss say 1st boss is stress, ignore him! WTH I pay to be scolded? So I get them to terminate the contract since they don't even consider our safety! Best return deposit needs next day due to their company procedure! When want money all must immediate?? WHAT A JOKE! Best they are GRAB partner with such standard just to save cost instead of rentees safety????
