   Non-existent customer service: AVOID  
This is my belated review from Oct 2022. Brought in my Macan for an engine and PDK gearbox tuning for S$2,400 (S$2,568 with GST then). Prior to bringing in the car, I had a few email queries.    Poor Technical Abilities  
I sent my car for VAG East for repair and was quoted $4000 plus. Went to another workshop and he resolved my issue with a fraction of the cost. Will not return to the shop again.
   Spary paint work  
Regarding the car body re-painting quality I have no complaints but the process protection work is very terrible. The first time deliver my car was for repainting for 7 days of work on 17 Nov 2022, later I found the car's left side mirror frame have a pry marking, and the mirror plates up and down control were damaged. Nov 15th '21 No judgement just stating facts.
