Purchased Helix speakers and did soundproofing from Auto Image. Did my previous car here and now a returning customer. Ted was patient enough to explain to me his different types of soundproofing material and brand. Although I'm not one of his customers who purchased the high end sound system, the service and attitude to me is still the same as the rest. No hard selling of their product. Workmanship (Ah Le) is good too. Car is done up in the air con shop. There are seats for you. Business is real great for this shop. Best to call in for appointment before heading down. I am only giving one star because I cannot give a negative rating. I had a head unit intalled Pioneer double din which is supposed to interface with my Android Auto. It does not work. the firmware is old and has not been updated. i am hoping it works once I update. I had a backup camera installed as well. They did not know how to intall it, and I have some wires hanging out of my console with a janky switch on the end to activate the camera. I took it to my mechanic because they stated my reverse sensor was not working. My mechanic found they had actually removed my reverse light bulb because the camera is fuzzy if installed. So, these guys actually made my car not inspection worthy and completely unsafe intentionally. When I was finally frustrated and ready to leave, I pulled forward and they had parked my car in such a way that I curbed my brand new Wedsport wheel. You would be better off getting an 8 year old child to install your equipment. What a rip off. I am considering a law suite. - Michael Carrington

Approached Ted weeks ago and share with him what I hope to improve on car audio. He strongly recommended me this Esatto DSP (Esatto Massa MA-D4) and shared with me the pros & Cons of this audio gadget.

The installation took slightly longer, and he mentioned that the car model (not the base model) needs a bit more time. Everything was done within the 3 hours, including the tuning.

The audio quality of playing youtube is incredible. Sound staging is also excellent for playing songs from Spotify.
