Great experience upgrading my car audio system. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable in introducing the Esatto speakers, explaining the options clearly and recommending what suited my setup.
A big thanks also to Ted, the boss, who was very patient in explaining the audio setup and how everything works. You can really tell the whole team is experienced and knows car audio very well.
What impressed me most was their teamwork and efficiency — they worked almost like an F1 pit crew! 🚗💨 The entire sound system upgrade was completed in around one hour, yet there was absolutely no compromise on the quality and workmanship.
After the upgrade, the improvement in sound quality was immediately noticeable. Very professional, skilful and efficient team.

When searching for installers for the BYD atto 3 rainbow speakers that I bought from Taobao, found out that the boss Ted had went China to be trained on the installation and tuning! Did a great job installation and very happy with the outcome.

I won't consider myself a regular with them but I've been patronising Autoimage on and off over the past 4 years but mostly for smaller projects like removing or installing accessories, replacing speakers on my Mum's car etc. And have always been impressed by their professionalism and customer engagement. Most of their technicians have been working there for quite awhile so the low turnover speaks volumes of the culture and work environment. A happy worker generally means better productivity and work ethic. I was shopping around for a DSP for my BMW X1 U11 after upgrading the speakers and subs as the stock sound system is literally rubbish. I didn't upgrade my speakers and subs here but on hindsight, I probably should have but that's a story for another day.

After evaluating a few DSPs, I settled for the Helix V8 Mk2 as it met my price and performance metrics. The all in price including installation and tuning for the Helix V8 was probably the best amongst all the shops I enquired even though AutoImage is a strong advocate of the Esatto range of car audio kit. Also, Ted the owner is quite well known amongst the ICE fraternity for his tuning skills which provided me confidence that a proper tune would be done which is essential in optimizing any ICE setup.

The installation was performed by Ah Hua who did a good job with the wiring and his recommendation to install it under the boot floor versus in the side tyre well cover that most other shops recommended made alot of sense for accessibility since any future fine-tuning there wouldn't be a need to have to spend 30mins removing the panel covers. Hardware installation was all done in 4hrs to customised the PnP wire harness to connect the DSP to the stock amp plus some basic tuning by Ah Hua thereafter since Ted was not around.

I went back the following day and Ted did the tuning within an hour and the difference was night and day. The sound stage was much wider and the clarity from vocals was much more balanced and pleasing to the ear. The bass from the subs was also punchier and cleaner after the tune without any distortion even at high volume levels. He explained what he did and some limitations of the speaker and subwoofer setup that I had. He told me to enjoy the exisitng setup but what were the options I had if I wanted to enhance the setup further. I could also text him to arrange for any finetuning after letting the DSP break-in or advice on enhancing my ICE setup.

Overall it was a very pleasant customer experience and they are definitely the goto shop for all things ICE and have no qualms recommending them based on their professionalism, workmanship and pricing.

My new Audi Q3's original sound system fell below my expectations, prompting me to allocate a budget of $1K for an upgrade in the hope of achieving decent improvements. While searching for a car audio shop, the name AutoImage Enterprise consistently emerged in discussions as the recommended workshop to visit. Intrigued, I contacted the owner, Ted, who proposed a game-changing solution: the installation of an Esatto DSP amplifier ($980). He described the improvements to the car sound system as shockingly good.
Initially skeptical and considering it might be a case of snake oil marketing, I accepted Ted's invitation for a demo to determine if it lived up to the hype. During our meeting, he conducted a demo by connecting an Esatto DSP to my car system. After meticulously calibrating and tuning the system with his laptop, he invited me to sit in the car and experience the transformation. To my surprise and delight, the improvement was nothing short of magnificent, even when he played music directly from his phone, which was paired with my car. Ted went above and beyond, showcasing the versatility of the upgraded system by playing various music genres.
I was sold and gave the go-ahead for the installation of the DSP amplifier. The attention to detail, personalized calibration, and overall enhancement of my car's sound system far exceeded my expectations. Great job, Ted!

I sat in my colleague's car that was done up by Ted and I was poisoned instantaneously. Gave them a call, dropped by and Ted suggested to install the Esatto Comado 8 CH DSP with my stock BOSE. Fast forward few months later, i saw few customers removing their helixes and focals in favour of Esatto products and I wonder why. Sat in for demo and I proceeded with the Comado CO-S62 MK2 (rear) and Rispetto RO-S62 MK2 (front) with 3 layer soundproofing. With TED's Tuning, I was blown away instantly. Money well spend in my opinion. Not pushy at all. I did spend slightly above my budget though coz I was easily poisoned after the demo. Well balanced audio,clean with great bass without the need for subs.

Just installed a pair of Esatto Comado S62 MKII two way component speakers after reading much about it and wow! It was better then my expectation as I thought will need to spend thousands of dollars for good sound quality , Ted have delivered a wonderful experience , a trip well worth !

When I first came to Ted for tuning on my focal set, the very first thing he did was to examine the layout of the system. His staff also rearrange the cabling that works best. With the above done, Ted proceed with the adjustment and instantly, the difference can be heard. He also take time to explain what he had did and told me to try it out and come back for fine tuning if require.

But after sometime, I was hungry for more, I felt the focal set were unable to deliver what I wanted despite numerous tuning sessions with Ted. With the leap of faith, I decided to change out the focal set to Passione Alessandro component speakers (front and rear) couple with Esatto Comado CO-D8 MKII, Esatto Comado monoblock amp and Esatto Rispetto RO-SW10 sub. And with the magic touch of Ted adjustment, the audiophile experience were fascinating. The excitment continues upon speakers have run in and next level of audiophile experience was different from the last.

At this point, I'm fully confident in the products and within 4 months, I decided to go ahead for bigger appetite, Passione Oro OO-D12 Processor, Passione Alessandro 4CH amps and Passione Competition series component speakers. The next level of audiophile experience far exceeded than the last passione set, and literally I have no words to describe, I can only say listen to believe.

As usual, I have a few critic friends but when they sat in my car, it left them stunned and speechless 😂

Important factor and hard truth: You can have all the branded ICE installed, but without the knowledge of stereo imaging, sound staging, a reliable DSP and importantly a good tuner, it will never attain the enjoyment and unleash the potential of the system. (Some audio shops only 纸上谈兵 cock and bull stories)

Once again, my sincere appreciation to Boss Ted and Team Autoimage for the excellent workmanship, determination and patience in achieving great audiophile experience. BZ 👏👏👏

Had been going to Ted for my audio installation for the pass 10 years. Total of 6 cars. This time was there to install passione 3 way active front and 2 way back on my new ride. Ted and his team did a fantastic job as always. The passione speakers were fabulous. The warm and rich sound is like first class seats in a live concert. Thank you Ted for all the professional work done.

Ted and his team's after-sales service is truly another level. Recently i upgraded my front speakers and add on a DSP @ AutoImage. Met Ted, Ah Heng and other team members (but can't remember the names). Despite numerous visits to adjust/fine-tune the "toy", they always displayed full understanding, responsibility and professionalism.
