They have demo setups for their equipment, allowing you to make side by side comparisons of the components you want, before committing to anything. If you are looking to upgrade your stock car audio, this is the place to go. Ted and his team are passionate to deliver customer satisfaction, be it a $100 speaker upgrade or a purist audiophile set-up. I upgraded my Mazda 6 with 3-way Rainbow speakers but the integrated head unit just couldn't deliver. I was very disappointed and called Ted that night and he asked me to go back the next day for a review. After talking to Ted, he immediately understood what I was looking for and (as he was conscious of my budget) he gave me a good deal to beef up my system with a Rainbow Beat4 amp and a LOC converter. First time visited them to install Thinkware F800 pro dashcam, as they are the authorized dealer. Installation is swift and good but they failed to manage the reinstatement of the original condition of my car part well. I had customized side pillar for my sound speakers. They dismantled the pillar in order to hide the running cables within, which is very professional but afterwhich, they failed to put the pillar back properly inducing the base to pop out with smudged glue all over my side dash board.. I had brought my car back to my original car mechanic at Ubi Xtremez to fix back the pillar and they did their best at no cost to salvage the mess Autoimage had left behind.. One thing commendable to mention is Autoimage had acknowledged the issues highlighted to staff, Victor and boss Ted and they have gracefully seek my return ASAP for them to address and restoration of the mildly damaged dash board was well done by Boss Ted. However, I sincerely hope they can learned from this experience and be more vigilant over such and be more caring for their customers' "babies".. - 李文心

Conveniently went to service my car at one of the workshop at Serangoon,as it was nearer to home & they open at night. Saw speakers + sound proof promo, decided to give it a try. Found out later rear seats sound was too sharp/concentrated on one side (speakers and tweets were beside each other).
Wanted change HU and install Sub and Amp, didn’t want to go back to the workshop at Serangoon, because i didn’t feel comfortable (Boss attitude has a lot room for improvement + they don’t give receipts 😮! Invoice is mere whatsapp message - maybe I should have asked for it, but I thought paper receipts are normal. Also I lost rear seat belt cushions!!)
Was researching and found Autoimage. They reconfig rear speakers + explained patiently. Problem fixed! I love the sound now! Ah Lee + Boss Ted came to my rescue + they also restored my hope.
