In Singapore, we are not short of car detailers. Many tout us with barrage of 9Hs, glass, ceramic, diamond and what nots. I shall not dwell too much on which is the best as I believe even the best product in the hands of the inept is useless. Which brings me to Evan and his team. What sets Evan apart from the competition is his dedication to his art. He is knowledgable and very forthcoming in answering your queries. He is patient and sincere. How he runs his establishment is another plus point. You will not see a convoy of cars moving in and out. It is work of quality rather than quantity. Detailing is menial hard work. If the applicators are forced to produce a string of cars a day, how good can their work be? To top it off, Evan is fortunate to have a good team to back him up. Goh (his partner), Ah Peng and Kumar all have a good mix of experience and enthusiasm. They are dedicated to their work and most of all, they take pride in it. The panache partner pays to details, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. Connected with Evan and Mr Goh at Ace GK to apply Ceramic Pro on the outside and inside the car. Very impressed with the product and more impressed with the service at Ace GK. The weekly washing service is affordable and enhances the initial application. The car looks like it did post initial application every time it is washed. And it is great to see water and dirt either beading or wiping away easily. The entire team is passionate about the process and that enhances the overall experience. This is one long overdue feedback that I wish to share. Two months ago, I have this urge to get a new car and I got it within a day. I am particular with quality based on what I pay for. As such I went around searching for paint coating services for my new car (even delayed getting the car from the agent). Went hunting around on paint coatings whereby i come across lots of news and branding eg Nano, 9H, 10H etc. and the price range from below $400 to $2000 plus. I must say that I got confused, skeptical about the quality too! after much researching, i came across Evan from Ceramic Pro - ACE GK. Evan gave me a good brief on what Ceramic Pro is abt and the cost of the annual maintenance. Evan don't do hard selling and best of all, he sells what is practical (eg what is economical and best suit customer's need). After accessing on my driving and office/ home parking areas, he string suggest there is no need for me to go for the 10 layers as it is a waste of money and 5 layers is sufficient. Evan is customer focus. Best of all, I get a warranty card from Ceramic Pro! After sharing my experience with my colleagues...... one of them send his 2 year old Camry for Ceramic Pro Coating at ACE GK! I must say.... it ain't cheap but if quality is what u are looking for, with the 10 years warranty....... how wrong can it go? Good things don't come cheap & Cheap things don't come good! Truly satisfied and got more than I expected. Coming to 2 weeks since I had Ceramic Pro done on my brand new ride. Despite a few nasty afternoon showers and parked naked in dusty conditions/under the hot sun during work hours (JTC industrial open car park), the finish remains impeccable as in Day 1. Received professional service from Ace GK for paint protection work on my Jazz. Ace GK was upfront and honest on what could and could not be done for some stains. Did some research on PPS and shortlisted Ceramic Pro. Found out there is a new applicator in the east and contacted Evan. An enterprising young man who not only is very knowledgeable but sincere and walkthrough with the different layering process and the packages available. Had to leave my car there 8 am in the morning as i am working in the east and Evan was very accommodating and agreed to meet me early. Through out the day, Evan will update me on the stages of the work being done. When I collected my car at 5.30 pm, it was evident from the shine and glossy paint surface that great detailing work had been done. Now I will be eagerly waiting for the rain to see the actual results! Kudos to Evan and his crew for their meticulous and professional service through out the whole experience. Price is higher than the rest of the market but the assurance of knowing that you are getting the best product and service makes it worthwhile. Just had me new ride coated with Ceramic Pro. This is my 2nd car coated with CP. The main reason for returning is personally i am convinced on the gloss and durability of my previous car. And most important, i managed to erase a scratch line on my previous car . Evan is a very accomodating and friendly guy to dealt with. He and his team willing to work beyond normal working hours(OT) just to complete my car as i can only sent in my car at 1pm. Importantly they worked without compromising quality at all.
