Eric did a great job to install my mats.I was greeted by Eric when i first arrived and the installation process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, we found out that the front mats did not fit because i had a amplifier and subwoofer installed underneath both passenger and driver seat. Thankfully, Eric offered to get its production team in Malaysia to fabricate a new one that is slightly shorter to fit my car and have it shipped over to my house. Really appreciate the help by Eric and Trapo SG/MY. 5 stars for sure !!!! FYI: For those who are intending to purchase your mats online ,please make sure you don't have any objects underneath your front passenger and driver seats such as e.g amp or subwoofer as their mats are made to be fitted all the way to under the seat. If so, you may want to contact Trapo SG or drive down to their shop so that they can take some measurements to fit your car. - ChangTai Chua
