Great communication and good quality product. Shipping was fast too. I bought matters mat on pre-order in Feb whole was told collection was delayed due to COVID-19. I got frustrated with waiting and decided to purchase from Trapo with the condition that I don't want to wait for more than 2 weeks. The item arrived within 8 days from payment. - Roy Teoh

Visit the hub with my cousin last week for her car installation. The product is premium and a little bit different with Trapo Malaysia as I'm using it for my own car. Nice hub btw. Recommended. - Anis Zahorin
