Derek is prompt and responsive. Very proactive and personable. He quickly checked for the earliest available time for my car to have a preliminary inspection. Throughout the entire repair process, Derek will update me and send me photos of existing parts condition and new replacement parts. Before proceeding with any repair task or replacement, Derek will check with me first for my agreement. Derek also arranged his chief technician Ah Lei to carry out all the inspection and repairs. Ah Lei is polite, and very skillful; he turned the Porsche around that it looks newer than its age. The drive is also smoother and the car is responsive like a new car.
