I sent my car to this workshop on 19th October 2022 due to a transmission problem and vibrating noise with my B160. Ive been to multiple workshop to check and give me a quote. I came across 1Car Service through google and saw many good reviews. Hence i decided to contact them. Daoxiong is very professional in his advise and he assured me that they are the specialists in transmission issues. I headed down to their workshop and liase with derek who proudly told me that they are the specialists on transmission issues. So i shall put my trust in them. I Collected my car on friday 21st October. And drive it for 1 week. Then on Sunday 30th October the same issues of (Transmission Consult Workshop) happened again and my car went to limp mode. Sadly have to send the car back to the workshop. This time they ordered the Transmission Circuit unit and installed it. And hand the car over back to me on Thursday 3rd November 2022. The issues were gone for a while but unfortunately once again on Saturday 5th November The same issues of transmission consult workshop happened again. This time it was worse during the drive with the RPM hitting high. Once again on Sunday 4th Novemebr 2023 i send it back to the same workshop. This is the 3rd time im sending my car to the same workshop for the same issues which ive paid thousands of dollars on the 1st time i sent it. I hope this time they will finally do a proper job cos now i doubt their credibility. But i also have to give it to them for their warranty and trying their best to help me resolve their issues.
