Was rushing out when my car batt died on me, called Terence and told him the situation, only 3 questions from him I see him at my place less than 25mins. Knowing my urgency he jumped into work and replaced everything in 10mins, in between even testing and explaining all the basics I have to know. I was very appreciative and impressed with him. Having the right attitude , knowledge and listening heart makes a whole lot of difference. Will definitely be the TOP of my list for recommendations. Thank u - Eugenia Lim

Car battery went flat just as I was on my way to work this morning. Recalled a friend's recommendation and immediately called up. Terence, the guy who came, is friendly; my car battery was quickly replaced. From the min I called up to the replacement of the battery, all in, took less than an hour and I'm on the roads again. Tyre pressure warning light lit up on the evening of 14/04/18 while driving on expressway. Reached home after travelling abt 10km, and engaged their service for my E90 right away for right rear tyre patching. The employee arrived swiftly and patching was done directly on the tyre, without dismounting the wheel from car. Retreived a less than 1 cm metallic screw from tyre and patched with rubber compound. Whole process took less than 5 minutes. Warning light was reset by myself after patching to accept the 'new pressure'. Drove out on 15/04/18 morning seemingly fine but halfway through highway car vibrated++ and I pulled to road shoulder to realise that the right rear tyre has collapsed completely, but interestingly this time my tyre pressure warning light did not light up at all. Activated EMAS to tow and then got their employee came on site. He told me that it is another puncture but now told me that tyre sidewall is severely damaged and the tyre needs to be changed and I will need to get the car towed to workshop. When I suggested that the employee may not have patched the tyre properly because he did not dismount the wheel to inspect the wheel fully (there is another 3 cm nail in the tyre when I eventually brought it to workshop for change), he defended by saying that the wheel would have collapsed if he did not patched up properly and I couldn't have driven the car out to expressway (Well but I was able to drive the car for at least 10km despite loss of tyre pressure the previous evening). Please kindly note that resetting the tyre pressure warning on a E90 is to programme the car to accept the new pressure settings. I am wondering if the pressure low light not light up even though the tyre gone fully flat because the 'new pressure' accepted was no pressure. My tyre is a 225/40ZR18 Pirelli P Zero XL, with the sidewall rated to tolerate the extra load when tyre pressure is lost so it will be able to travel awhile before totally giving way like what happened on the second day morning. Was it truly patched up the evening before? I can't be sure that it wasn't since I am not a professional when it comes to tyres, but simple layman probablity should tell you that it is highly unlikely that I can have a rear right wheel puncture patched up only to be 'punctured again' within 10 minute of drive. Adding to that minimal probability, this time the same tyre 're-punctured' without tyre pressure warning light coming up. Amazed that I am that unfortunate to have puntured the same tyre twice within 10 minutes of drive and somehow the tyre pressure sensor did not detect the 're-puncture'. I leave the reader to judge for yourself if the tyre was actually checked and patched up properly on the first evening. Thank you for reading my review. - Chong Jia An

What can be worse than a dead car batt when u are leaving work and dinner plans are ahead of you with the family. Its not too often this kind of thing happens so I couldn't find the usual fixer guy's number anymore. I googled and chanced upon swift. And a Terence Lee picked up. He was polite and straight to the point said can come by right now. It was peak hour after work BUT he only took 35 mins or so. I guess he was nearby. But the service was quick and he gave sound advice and didn't waste any time on suggesting the best solution to my batt problem. He gave me a decent price for very efficient work and it made my lousy night a little better. Call these guys next time. - Gideon Myat San
