The company and Terence lived up to the company's name. My mum's car wouldnt start and Terence responded and arrived at her location in 20 minutes. In less than 10 minutes the car's battery was replaced and her car was fine. Everything went smoothly n swiftly. Thank u! - Rhazmie Nadiah

My car battery suddenly went flat and I was at a loss as it was after office hours. But luckily i came across Swift Battery Service online, and Terence was able to quickly diagnose the problem via whatsapp. He reached my place within 30 mins, and with his amazing skils, my battery was changed in minutes! I was informed by my sister in law this morning that the car couldn't start and after seeing the pic she sent, I was pretty sure the battery had gone flat. Hence I goggled and called a couple of providers and found Swift Battery. The caller who took my call was Terrance. He was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed to decide and go ahead to engage his service to get our car battery changed by him. His charges was also reasonable as compared to others I spoke to. That helped me save a couple of tens. He was very prompt and got this all sorted out in under an hour. I highly recommend anyone who is caught in the same situation as me to engage him. Thank you for your service Terrance! - Diana Tan

Battery die on me just when I'm about to leave home for dinner. Text SWIFT battery specialist for pricing for Cruze & ETA, response was fast. As leaving for dinner, text them after dinner and they arrived within 30mins. Speedy replacement. Good experience and satisfied with the service. Best of all, they also accept NETS payment. Car battery went flat on Saturday night and car couldn't start. Needed a replacement asap, Google and found Swift Battery Specialist. Immediately call and ask for assistance. Within 30mins, Terence arrived, diagnose the car battery and confirmed battery does not have sufficient power to start(crank up). Immediately start working on removing and replace the battery from the car. Battery was replaced within 15mins and started(crankup) the car. Terence also explained the warranty of the battery before leaving. Very efficient and satisfied with the services provided by Terence (Swift Battery Specialist). Definitely will recommend to friends if there's any need to replace car battery. Thank you Terence. - Nick Koh
