A bit of a bait and switch when the Company quoted a price for German battery (didn't catch the name unfortunately but I think it was Verta). However I was provided with a Globatt instead. I was not informed of the change prior to payment and as I am not familiar with battery brands, I only found out about the switch when I inspected the car afterwards. Called the Company and was informed the switch was because they do not have Verta in the correct battery size for my car. Nonetheless, I would have liked to be informed before they switched the brand. Furthermore I did a quick Google se and saw that I have grossly overpaid for a Globatt. Only upside was the replacement was fast with delivery and replacement done within an hour. - En Ping Lim

Day started with a flat battery with tons of errands to run for the day. Whatsapped Swift's number and had a confirmation within minutes that he would arrive in 30 mins or less. Terence arrived right on time and efficiently diagnosed and replaced the battery including a faulty battery connector. All within an hour from the first contact with Swift. Very professional and service orientated company. Battery dead on thursday, called them after googling for battery replacement. Told me about the price over the phone and within 40mins, he arrived and the battery was replaced. Normally everyone would say, whats the big deal about that.... the thing is, on sunday morning, my car couldn't start again... called Swift and down they came to my house carpark. He tested the battery and jumpstarted my car. He told me that he does not think its the battery issue but just to be safe, asked me to drive around for 30mins and call him to see if it helps. (He did not ask for any payment). After driving for an hour, i came back and tested... it did not work. He gave me a voice message telling me not to worry and he will be down to change a brand new battery. He did not once asked for payment despite us narrowing down the problem to the alternator as it does not seem to be charging. Honest, reliable, courteous, responsive, and fast. Checked-out a few shops who were charging me 30-50% more. As if I do not know to search on Google. Other shops tried to get me to pay more by sharing misleading information regarding the warranty by saying if I do not use the suggested battery for the car, the warranty does not apply. Jeff from Swift listened to what I needed, provided me with accurate info, competitive price, and on the same day, came to my office to replace my battery in 20-30minutes. My car tire went flat as I got a nail on road, I was thinking of driving to workshop to replace my tire but hesitated and Google for help.
