I went there to change my brake light bulbs. It took no less than 1 1/2 hours. And that was my 3rd trip to Autobacs. They are just not customer focused. Wont be going there unless it's a life and death situation. But come to think of it, I would be dead by then

Went to Ubi to rotate tyres, technician there check my rear shock absorbers & said that its leaking, he gave me quote of about $600 to replace rear shock absorber. I told him don't need as my car is till under warranty. Next day went to agent for check & found out that there were no leak after full visual inspection & road test. That's the last time I'm going back to autobacs, there are out to rip u off.

Went there to shop for tyres and rims and when i step into the shop, all the sales staff make you feel you are transparent, never approach and ask if I need help etc. After browsing, I ask one question and this guy just nod his head and walk away. I will never want to step into this shop ever, there are so many good ones out there, Management of autobacs, pls send your staff for re training especially on handling customers and ask them to smile a bit more, it won't cost them a cent but bring in more customers :-(

I went to autobacs this mth to service and they told me my oil pan leak and need repair. It cost me $180 to repair when the guy actually just put glue to my oil pan to seal the leakage. He told me the glue itself is expensive. Can't believe it. This will be the 1st and the last time I sent my car there.

Parking and environment are tops. Super wide variety of products too, but service standard is below average.

Went to Autobacs Bukit Batok today to get my wheels aligned, counter staff seemed ok to me but when my friend was at the tires section and enquired about tires. However, the old lady there could only ask him to wait for the Indian staff (who speaks mandarin) who is able to help him out. Why station a staff who can't even help. Saw another family asking her about the horns and i heard her diverting them to the other staff. Mechanic working on my car was friendly, my car is aligned well now. And as many mentioned - prices are on the high side and parking is horrible.

Not going to comment on their car maintenance service as I have not tried it. Please see other reviews on that. Going to comment on the Megamart like shopping experience at Autobacs. Got all the accessories, bulbs, car care products, engine oil, rims, tyres, audio. you name it, they have it. A great one stop shop for all your car needs (if you have lots of money to spend). excellent displays and demos available. However things are on the expensive side. Can easily it cheaper at other places but of course not so beautifully displayed with air con and all. 3 and half star for me.. Above average.

ask autobac at ubi to check why passenger door cannot unlock and they didn't even bother to check and just tell me to change the entire mechanism that cost almost 500, i brought the car back to the shop that did the leather and they fix it in 3 mins .. just a hook loose.. no professionalism at all so beware of what they recommend....

Got my alternator changed last year but half-way it went loose and engine couldn't idle properly. Return back to get it fixed back. Not even a word of apology from the mechanic who did the job.

wanted to change my tires, even though they claim to have given me discount, the price is still 30% more expensive than some tire shop i checked. Car owners beware, and avoid this company.

Wanted to install strut bar for my car. The price is still very expensive even after they claim they are giving me special price. Went to check at other shop around Sin Ming. The price is 40+ percent cheaper compared to what Autobacs are offering. They are really out to squeeze our neck.
