Autobacs. Forgot to place back engine oil cap after oil change. Resulted oil spilled half way through! No sign of apology! Unfriendly attitude from mechs, counter staffs and manager! Please avoid this place!

i concur with what irazaki said, their call centre service sucks. Their staff no nothing about what services they can provide when i want to service my car. Secondly the person taking the call was very rude, 'bo chap' attitude. But the store sells lots of stuff, other than that, its service sux

the latest recent comments about autobac services is totally unconvincing at all. if autobacs management/ bosses were to see this, they should really take into consideration REVAMPING their counter and service staff right down to their telephone service enquiries. no doubt this is not a friendly call centre! but their screw up services are driving POTENTIAL customers away. all they can depend on is their regular customers and customers they choose to be with... had one encounter at the bukit batok stop yesterday i would rather find a better and quality deal elsewhere...

Although I had spent abt 20 mins in the queue which is very long with limited car parks, so far the experience is not bad. The sales girl is very helpful with the products I need for my car. And she even came looking for me in the shop (even though she's busy attending to other customers) so that she can advice me which car care products to buy and how to use.

I was at AutoBacs a few years ago at the Paya Lebar branch. It was the MOST horrendous experience I ever been through. I was there to change my car audio system. They sent 4 guys to rip open my car and none of them could fix the new system back in. Finally a senior guy continued with the job and manage to progress with the installation while the other 4 trainees look on and pass snide remarks. Just before they finish, there was a call for the snr technician who then left the remaining tasks to the juniors. After an hour plus, they finished the job but I was not too confident about their quality of work. I left the workshop, after driving for about 3 minutes, I realized that my car steering is always going left. I got out of my car and realized that the left front tire was punctured. Something sharp must have been left on the workshop floor while they changed my stereo puncturing the tire when I drive off. My car stereo cost me $500, changing 4 tires cost me more than a thousand.

Heard of Autobacs. decided to take a look for accessories. There are car parks right in front of the store. I saw a vacant lot with a stand for handicap sign, so I parked but got chased off - I can't park, why? what the fxxx. Then don't display lah. (those who have been there should've notice the signboard) I'm a handicapped driver with valid handicapped label displayed yet cannot park. I choose to go there b'cos its convenient for me, but now my friends and I think it's better for them to remove the sign. I've decided not to patronise anymore. Anyway, things could be much cheaper elsewhere and the staff attitudes are alamak.... "terok" think b4 going.

Have been a customer with Autobac since 2006 and had spent quite a considerable amount with them like gadgets and accessories, shock absorber, suspension system, tyres, rims etc.... was impressed with their quality at first... but felt that they have slacken alot... i went there for my 10,000 km wheel rotation 2 months ago and have been having problem since.... it was not obvious at first as i drive at conservative top speed at 70km/h the has wobbling has gotten worst and i can feel it at my steering wheel, i thought it was bearing or old rubber at the swing arm that need replqcement...... so i went to the nearest shell station to have it checked.. and to my surprise... the wheels wasn't balanced at all... i am sadden with the slacken quality of service that Autobac is providing now as i have trusted them.... i will definately not go back there again and least to recommend to anybody....

At 17 Nov Time 11:45 am , i went to autobacs to purchase car accessories but in the end the staff there, treat customer with very bad attitude .Further more i was shocked because the price he told me on the phone did not match the price in the shop .... Appreciate if the managerment could do something with the staffing matters .....

The place is indeed have wide range of accessories + gadgets, but to more of disappointment the Staff there are really those of the un-friendly sorts, u just seek them for assistants (help) they just point to the place and ask u go find urself - moreover, things there are not cheap too. With such attutide + high price, i can get a better deal w/ much friendly attutide else where, so why must be only Autobacs. There are more car shops near by Bukit Batok Area too. No way - i will go back there for anything.

Staff are not helpful at all.. Went to pump aircon gas and was charged $35.. Was shocked when mechanics told me my compressor was spoilt and quoted me $1600 for servicing.. Was skeptical and thus did not agree on replacement.. Mechanics said they "already" pump the gas but the aircon was still not cold.. i was suspicious whether they even pump in the gas at all.. Went to the Shell station next door and paid $10 to top up the aircon gas.. Aircon was colder than ever before.. A case of unethical practice?.. i certainly think so..

I had installed solar film for my civic. Before installation, store-manager was keen to explain details and sounded convincing enough. However, installation was a bit disppointed as it was not up to my expectations. Some small visible bubbles on my front and back windscreen. They claimed that bubbles will disappear after sometime. (Will confirm again later) I have to wash my car to get rid of soapy detergent as it was spray both exterior and interior. Their service is poor and product is good.

Not very friendly nor helpful. Staff always seemed disinterested in meeting customers' needs. On the plus side, they have tons of stuff, but slightly more expensive.
