When I looked at the paintwork on my 1.5 year old Honda it was covered with swirls, halo-grams and minor imperfections by other grooming center; but thanks to Paulas from Imperial-1 and his attention to detail and dedication he transformed my paint work to a mirror finish, spending spent 7 hours whole days working to get my car ready. I just want to commend your shop on the outstanding work that you all do. when I saw my car in your car show room looked as good as new; and the best part he show my car in his workshop with the high bay lights (before & after recovery treatment) .I've gotten nothing but favorable comments on how good it looks. Overall I've had a very pleasant experience with Imperial 1. I would highly recommend it to others. My thanks to all the paintworks technicians and especially Paulas Ong. Great customer service!

V gd service and polite. But was dissappointed when i was asked to sign up for a "course" because the PPS will wear out in 3mths time. Also, b4 they accept the car, they used the very strong spotlight to shine on your car and show u the swirl marks due to polishing by the car dealer/agent. Was advised to do a minor recovery cos mine is a new car. After job done, i realised, on hindsight, that they showed me the car under much milder light in the office area and that light supposedly is the same as HDB parking area light. Of coz i can't see the swirl marks anymore but when i m parked under the hot sun, the initial swirl marks is visible again. SO MY ADVICE is ASK THEM TO SHINE THE CAR WITH THE SAME LIGHT THEY USE TO INSPECT IT WHEN THEY ARE HANDING OVER THE CAR TO U N B4 U MAKE PAYMENT. I understand there r other merchants here that give 2yrs warranty to the shine whilst this one just give 3mths.

Very professional explaination given before giving treatment to the car. No hard selling at all, and nice demonstration given to boost customer's confidence. After the recovery and PPS treatment, car looked extremenly glossy. Now juz have to monitor this appearance can last with my weekly washing of the Sonax product!

Left my 6 month old Beige Benz for treatment today- very professional in explaining the whole process - from paint recovery to coating... Initially ,disheartened to see lots of "hidden marks and scratches" only on this 6 month car upon arrival but turns confident after their explaination in recovery and coating. ...6 hours of work, most of marks and scratches were removed eventually( 85%-90%). I can sense their commitment to outshine the typical car grooming services in SIngapore. My best experience so far for any car paint treatment and grooming. and hope this experience will continue in midst of their expanding business and growing recognition. I am staying in the East but worth the time in travelling down to the West....Well done, Imperial 1 Team (ie Andre, Wilson, Paulas , and rest.....)...Will refer the benz members I known for this car grooming.!

Decided to try out Imperial1's grooming service after reading the positive comments here and viewing the splendour of the "fantabulously" groomed cars over at Imperial1's website. I was served by both Andre and Paulas, the former showing me all the imperfections on my car's paintwork due to my negligence for the past 1.5 year, while the latter explaining to me how they would attempt to carry out recovery of my car's paintwork. Left my car with them at 10am, and received a sms to collect the car at a round 6pm. I couldn't believe my eyes when I returned to get my car. The swirlmarks, water stains and scratches were mostly gone, and my black getz was shiny and bleaming with joy, something that has been missing for a long time due to my negligence. In fact, I was so impressed that I took up a package with them on the spot. :) Thank you Andre for making an exception to accept my expired voucher, and Paulas for being so friendly, patient and grooming my baby into what it is now.
