This is my first time try out they're Nano-Series Sealants on my 7 year old car.
Overall happy with they're great service n EXCELLENT job.
Back to showroom car.

Was looking to repaint my 7 year old camry which was looking very 'dull'. Was scouting around and the average cost for respray was close to 2k nowadays. Was recommended by my friend that Imperial can help restore paintwork to near showroom finish even for old cars. Went down with my friend and was assisted by Doris and Ah Cheng. They did a paint restoration demo and I was sold. Opted for the Hydroseal glass coating and the shine is even better when I bought my car 3 years ago. Really very impressed with both their technical advise and customer service. Most importantly, this treatment helps to protect the car at only a quarter of the respray price. The interior also cleaned very thoroughly.

Here for my 2nd hydrophobic maintenance. Got to say I'm very impressed with the product. This is very different from other wax and polish. Swissvax can last for months and I could see the difference especially after driving in the rain. Excellent customer service and cozy lounge while waiting fot my car to be done.

Got a Classic package voucher from MSIG. Friendly service from Winson. Explained in detail what my car needed. (And it needed a lot of work because I didn't even wash it, ... for months!!) He did asked me to add a "recovery" treatment, because there is a LOT of water marks from these months of neglect. And although I declined, he didn't push. Took about 3 hours (would be another hr for recovery treatment) and the results are stunning!! Even though I can still see the water marks at close range, it is really really glossy, the paint is at last smooth to touch!! And my interior is finally clean and dust free after so many months! Also a nice lounge area with TV, radio and magazines. Free drinks too!

Kudos to Imperial 1 team. Sent my car for the first maintenance schedule and the end product was excellent. Car now is back to pristine and showroom condition. Zam, the supervisor personally explained to me in detail what have been done and next schedule will be. Would love to extend the package once mine is over end of year. Thanks imperial1 for making making my weekend a bright shining wish. Cheers!

Got a free polish voucher from MSIG and stated polish worth $300. Went for the polish instead of getting off swirl marks end up getting MORE swirl marks. Im totally disappointed for the outcome and i would say there's alot out there quote less then $200 can do a even better job.

I believe such incidents are caused by jealous competition at play. Such antics are totally uncalled for. We have seen many of such cyber attacks in many forums, and I believe such users needs to be removed by the moderators. I applaud Maddriver's stand to clarify matters. Whatever it is, the quality of Imperial1 has not deterioted, my car was recently groomed 4 weeks ago, and still looking good. I will not commend further, but I believe good companies are governed by great systems and products. Imperial1 has stood the test of time for over 2 years of research and great customer service. The choice is left to the consumers who will ultimately decide if the service is good or no good.

sailer sad to heard that.. Upated news Mr Paulas had left the company's and they had stop using SONAX. They now using house brand don't know from where and claim that from Germany. Brand Name call: Nano Series pro, but never had before and claim that is Generation 2 Nano Series... Years in chemical research company first time heard that Nano had Generation 2 which specially formulated for Asian climates - Harsh sunlight, extreme wet weather with high humidity conditions. Thing are like is where the professional detailer like Paulas had left the company they will start to do monkey business to maintain their customers'. Go to some grooming company which using good brand like maguire, menzerna, 3M, and etc... REMEMBER GET THEM TO TRIAL ON YOUR CAR AND SEE THE RESULT BEFORE COMMIT TO IT...

Not too happy with their service. Felt cheated. First session was fantastic. They will call to remind you before appt day. Car well taken care of but this is not for first session ONLY. after I signed up package with them, their service just went down hill! no reminder, poor detailing etc. Will not go back after package expired. for the same $, alot other companies offer much better services.

Dear Paulas Ong, this is the first time I meted you. You were very attentive and detailed without being pushy.I is highly delighted with the finish you managed to achieve on my Honda Jass, just wonderful the car simply glows. I had lovingly cared for the paintwork but was never able to achieve the amazing finish which you have; and I can't believe the water spots, machine marks had been remove more than 80%. You guys are the first person that has given me peace of mind I'm so glad I found you, not only that the new Nano product you use is truly remarkable I'm proud to have my jass now - I'm believe surely increase the value of my car.Lot of thanks to Imperial 1 and you guy.

The major difference between Imperial-1 and other grooming shops is the quality of service. Great personal service. A person who listen to our perceived "problem" of the paintworks and answers our questions in a layman's way so that we can understand what is was wrong. Paulas & Andre go out of their way to assure customer satisfaction. You can see their eyes and hear their voice that they are care and concern about your car, as though it was their own car. You KNOW you will be very happy with their results! Thanks Paulas & Andre. Imperial-1 . You are the 1. You definitely get your money's worth.

Imperial 1 provided me with a quality service. The exterior restoration job was unbelievable.I had been in the automotive industry for over ten years and know that black is the hardest colour to keep clean as well as detail. And I'm so happy to have Paulas Ong and his team from Imperial 1 who made my baby stand up again with an intense detailing job that removed years of varnish and hidden dirt that I had no idea existed until it was gone. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that takes pride in their vehicle and wants to keep it looking incredible.

I just would like to take this moment to tell you how impressed with the work in Imperial-1 did my Suzuki. The completed job was fantastic. I felt proud to drive my car again, like the day I drove brand new. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, I've always felt completely respected by Andre & Paulas, Everything has always been completely explained to me until I understood and I've never been taken advantage of. At the same time Paulas insist to do up a Demo with a recovery to show me before I commit. He was very personable, friendly and honest. I'm very satisfied with the quality and price . Last I also appreciated Andre help.. to recommendations for other shops who performed services; that you did not provide. Keep up the good work Imperial-1. Thank you so much Andre & Paulas
