I have just came back from 3A getting my Estima fitted.
This is not the first time i get mat from 3A, but this is atrocious.
The cuts are non symmetric and free-handed, the fit is so bad that mats are either overlapping or has jagged edge at the joints. I asked for a re-do on the mat, there is slight improvement but overall this the workmanship is still poor. I am thinking of throwing it away. Waste of my money and time.

This was the second car I sent to them to customize my car mat. The ladies are always so friendly and helpful. The job was done in 30 minutes.
My battery went flat when I was at their place. The ladies were quick to contact the mechanics to come change my battery even before I seek their help. Because of them I did not missed my next appointment.
Big thank you to Wendy, Ann and the gentleman who customized my car mat!!!

Went to the shop last week, fixed DVR and car mats for my Estima.
Well served and patiently attended by the staff.
Prices paid for quite reasonable, no hard sales too.
Will recommend to my friend.

Went down yesterday on 28 Jan 2014 to get myself a set of new car mats for my car. It was during office hours in the afternoon, yet there were already a few cars there as well. Business seems quite brisk for them. Was immediately approached by the staff there when I was browsing their car mat samples. After some thought, decided to go for the superior grade mat with 1 year warranty. In addition, topped up a bit $ for the writing of the car name on both the front car mats. Overall, staff there are quite friendly and about 30mins, my customised set of car mats is ready. Overall I would recommend this merchant to fellow drivers whom have the intention of changing their car mats.

Just 2 notes:
(1) Prices quoted of their car mats on the sgcarmart website are excluding GST. Somehow, I had the misunderstanding that their prices quoted online are nett.
(2) Eunos Technolink building is gantry-operated. When I left the building, it costs me $1.40 for about 40mins of stay. The management of 3A Carmats perhaps would like to consider continuing to keep the costs of its products competitive, yet offering its customers a complimentary parking ticket upon their exit as a value-added service so as to entice more customers (e.g. like what Kaki Bukit workshops do for their customers at AutoBay).

This is the first time, I came to this shop, recommed by my friend. they provide good customer services. I bought customized Honda Civic Dvd player, which got gps function, reverse camera and speakers for my car. also fixed door visor and scuff plate for my car. Good services from Wendy, She is very helpful. all the staffs here are very friendly.

Went down this morning, bought a set of carmat for my Toyota Altis at special offer. and told that they got promotion, door visor @$9.90 only. I 'm so surprise the price is so cheap, and fix a set of curtain on my car. and the waiting time only 30 mins only. thank you! Ace 1 help me to save a lot of money.

Fixed LED scuff plate, dvd player, interior mats and rain visor on my Lancer EX, nicely done by the staff.
Reasonable price and warmly attended with no hard selling.
Drinks were served during waiting.
Nice merchant, strongly recommend.

I went to their shop last 2 days ago to have my Honda Airwave carmats. First thing they will introduce all the different types of their mats, then they will ask you which color you prefer to have. There's a lot of colors to choose from. Anyway I would like to thank Ann for doing a great job handling customers. Because I'm a first time buyer of customized carmat, so I am not so familiar of how they do it. The waiting time is less than half an hour, It was very fast and they also serve drinks for their customers. While I'm waiting she offered me a door visor which is on promo. It cost $19.90 only for a set of visor. Unbelievable right? It also comes with installation.

I will come back next week to have my DVD player installed.

Went to the shop last weekend, got my VW Golf customize mats, perfectly fitted.
Bought a DVR @ $29.90 and installed car curtain $19.90 too.
Great value and wonderful customer service.
Highly recommend.

3A Carmats has the wide array of car mat types and colours, from efficient to luxury mats. I brought my car over to install car mats, and the staff that attended to me were really approachable and informative. He had helped me decide on what to choose without much confusion, and made the custom floor mats for me! Awesome service, awesome products!

First of all, I have to praise them for good job done on my Estima 2 months ago.
I strongly not agreed on comments that made by "Thefear" posting recently.
As I know for Estima in the market, there are many different seating layout that are brought in by those parallel importers.
There are many different cutting in interior car mats for any MPV even in a same registered year.
I could advise that owners who owned any MPV especially from the parallel importers, drive their vehicle to the shop for instant customization.
Not so bad that you thought of, perfectly cutting done mats in my car interior during my visit.
Thumbs up on their customer service.
Keep it up for your good work!

Was looking for carmats to replace m wornout ones n came across them who says they are SPECIALISTS in car mats so placed an order over the phone. Filipino salesperson asked if mine was a 7 or 8 seater n I told her it was a 7 seater multiple times n she recomfirmed. Mats came the next day n the receipt all stated 7 seater. Later in the day opened to install realise they gave me the 8 seater. Call back to make noise n the Filipino salesgirl told me they will come n collect the next day n redeliver the next next day! I said u guys obviously sent me the wrong one why can't just send me the correct set immediately?? She just kept saying cannot. Nvm next day I specially took time off n went over personally from the west. was greeted by 3 workers, all PRC. OK they settled immediately for me.
Carmats were not very fitting n I had to do some minor alterations myself but ok nevermind.

It clearly states the superior grade mats came with a 12mth warranty. I asked where was my warranty card n yes the guy told me this set has no warranty. I asked why n he just kept saying in mandarin only the more expensive one has warranty. Well done so their advert above is made for fun?? i couldnt be bothered to argue amymore n had to rush back to work so i left.
Seriously i paid $155 for a set of carmats which i had to personally go down to recrify n no warranty as advertised??? Why mislead us?

Our management sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue had caused you. This kind of scenario rarely happen to our customers who placed orders over the phone that is why we are very keen to resolve this issue on a timely manner. Basically, this kind of issue occur when the mats are incorrectly installed or placed especially for big cars and not about improper cutting.

As we recall, we received a phone call from you on the day of the delivery late afternoon to inform us that the carmats did not perfectly fit the 2nd and 3rd rows of your car. We asked for your apology and promised to collect the mats the next day and replace it with the correct size after a day. You renounced our resolution and asked for the refund instead. We declined for a refund because that is our company's last resort in resolving cases like this and the like. We know that you were very disappointed knowing that it would take two more days for the carmats to be replaced that is why our staff suggested that our driver, who is also trained to customize carmats, will install the mats to your car and make the necessary correction right there and then on the following day. Hence, you finally agreed to the said option. However, you showed up to our shop first thing in the morning to have your mats replaced and was attended by 3 of our installers. Please do know that we truly appreciate your time and effort driving your car to our place which is very far from your home to resolve your issue. As stated in your comment, the installer told you that the carmats that you purchased does not have warranty at all. FYI, our cutters do not know the policy when it comes to the warranty of our products as we have sales persons who are always present to attend to all of the questions of our clients. We are sorry for the wrong information that the installer gave you. For the record, the Superior Grade carmats that you purchased comes with 1 year warranty covering the base. Our company does not tolerate false advertisements so as SG Carmart.

Again, we understand where you are coming from and deeply apologize for the nuisance.

My car mats were giving way and decided to change them. Upon reaching the shop on a rainy Sunday morning, Wendy attended to me and advised me on the different specifications of the mats available. Once decided on the colour and grade of the mats, the workers went down to work. They were willingly to accommodate my request for the measurement of mats, which was slightly bigger than the template's, at no extra cost! While waiting, Wendy was friendly and even provided drinks for my family and I. The mats were done in 30 minutes and fit my requirement exactly. There was no strong smell from the new mats as well. Thumbs up for the excellent workmanship and service provided!
