Bought the car mats last month. Excellent delivery service. However noticed the mats not lasting. Don't know if it is my driving style or what, the driver side mat already worn out on my sole area. Just abit surprised as it is used less than a month only. The sole area should be improved to prevent wear and tear easily. Anyone else experience the same?

They are very prompt and response very quickly. i got my order delivered two hours after placing the order (locality near to their office helps). As for the quality, yes the thickness is there. Durability, perhaps I will comment about it in due time. 5 stars for speed.

was asking my friend about 3M mat( which cost double the price of the same thickness) and was recommanded 3A. did a seach and found the number. tried calling them to find out more info. A lady name Karen answered. she was friendly and answer my question patiently. the call ended with just enquiry and after deciding for about half an hour i called back to confirm the order and she say that she will try to have it delivered to me TODAY!!!! i tot she was just trying to sales talk me. 2hours later a guy called to confirm that he will be delivering the mat to me today. all i have to say BIG SERVICE SMALL IN PRICE!! i think this is what we consumer are looking these days which is rare to come by. product qty not sure as i have not receive it. but honestly with their service standard i am confident that their product will be as good. oh did i mention that karan also manage to upsell me a set of window visor which i never consider before??? well done Karan. you are definitely an asset to 3A
