I went to the Sin Ming branch to upgrade my stock HU and speakers. Charles attended to me. He was very knowledgeable and patiently educated me on the various audio options, based on my budget and needs.

The speaker auditioning room was impressive and I was able to make an informed choice based on my listening preferences.

What impressed me was the tidiness and how neat the workshop was. Everything was neatly organised so that the staff can work well.

The installation took one entire day. The outcome was beyond my expectations. The soundstage was out of this world and the bass was very well controlled. I never knew car audio could perform to this level.

I would definitely recommend Xtremez Audio as your FIRST and LAST stop for your car audio needs!

You Guys bring customer service to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! My ICE had some sudden issues and from contacting Charles to seeing Ah Sheng and dealing with the entire Team at Ubi. Even to the point of disinfecting the interior before commencing work
The task was a mere job of securing my Blackvue device with a new sticker but the team was very professional and made everything well in place and indeed with a quick turnaround time.

Extra compliment to Ah Sheng as well , a great chap and just made my day. Good job done too

My 2 years old Mosconi 130.4 failed prematurely and failed again just after 4 months when I last sent it for repair. So I decided to replace the amplifier and I ask Charles for recommendation and I was initially more incline towards Focal FPX 4.800 (Class D) because of it's higher power rating and I occasionally listen to EDMs but Charles recommended Focal 4.440SQ (Class AB) instead and I went with his recommendation. Turns out that my concerns are unfound and the Focal FPX 4.440SQ performs really well when paired with Focal PS 165F regardless the type of music we throw at it, so conclusion sometimes power rating is not everything and what's more important is the proper tuning of the system to bring out the fullest potential of the setup. Ah Sheng is very nice and patient to explain the product features.
My intention is to install external battery pack for in car dashcam. He recommended Cellink Neo battery to me...In the end, I also replaced my single dashcam to Blackvue DR590W-2CH. I knew I have made the right choice and happy with the product which the video quality is so much better my previous one.
I will go back to find Ah Sheng again to upgrade my in-car-entertainment.

Hi, just want to drop a note to say a Big Thank You To Ah Heng at Sin Ming outlet. Went to install my blackvue car cam just now and he was really polite, knowledgeable n most importantly efficient (tidying up nicely hiding cables n wire) , even taking care of very small details and ensuring customer's car interior is clean before handover back to me. Incredible service from everyone at Xtremez, even the boss himself. I got my Android head unit installed at the Ubi branch. That same night, I discovered a minor issue with the unit. I sent a message to them on facebook at around midnight and the boss replied swiftly. Fast forward, by the end of the following day's morning, he had worked out the solution for me and by the same afternoon, the issue with my Android unit was resolved by the staff. Prices are reasonable. However, the entire experience I had was unforgettable. A bond was forged and I will definitely return for future works on my car. - Kingsley Boey

When you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Had went to other audio shop to install my sound system. To my horror, after 6 times of trouble shooting, my issue still couldn't be solve. A big shout out to Ah Sheng, Ah Heng and team, at Ubi branch. They took their time and effort (even OT) to trouble shoot and find out the root to my issue and solve it. Should you be there to observe, you really can see how the professionals get things done compared to amateurs. So for those who are thinking to get their audio system done, skip the shops of amateurs. Head down to Xtremez Audio, let the team advice and recommend you on a system that you like and within your budget. No hard selling. - Chia Yong Hui
