Just had my wife's Suzuki Vitara upgraded her Audio at Xtremez Ubi today. Visited Charles last week and he patiently shared with me of what I need. So, today, went ahead with his recommendation and got it upgraded. Ah Sheng and his team did a very good job and his team was very experience. Chanced upon their FB page, fix an appointment and went to speak to Charles.

He carefully explained in detail to me on the different packages they are selling. I find him very sincere and honest in his presentation citing pros and cons of each packages.

Ended up installing a ala crate package and never look back.

It has been a great pleasure to be served by Charles and his team especially Ah Heng. They are very professional in their workmanship and understand their customer needs and want. Ah Heng firstly understand the profile of genres of music that I am into and I had gone through a series of listening to various set up in their newly open 3rd showroom in Sin Ming which is very cosy and comfortable. Charles and Ah Heng are not pushy with their product and will let you choose what suit you best that work within your budget. The tuning done by Charles is also very professional and with his passion he will look into very detail findings and set up the best soundstage that can offer from the system. Made a very first visit to Xtremez when I first got my ride and did up a simple audio system. Went to read up more and decided to go for a three way system. Charles has been very helpful to me throughout the years, he only recommended what I should get and made sure that it fitted my budget and was worth every penny. Thus every upgrade in Xtremez also felt like my audio has been through to another level.

The skill set of the people there is also excellent. Never at any one point was a rush job being done for my car. They would always tell me either give me X amount of time or come back another day. They ensure that everything that is installed is done to perfection and checks are done multiple times before handing over the vehicle back. I have personally watched them handle my car many times and not once was my car handled roughly which make me feel like they take every car with pride.

Fast forward to 3 years with them, I can say all I had was a very enjoyable experience, building friendships with their customers as well. Furthermore, they have helped me clinch multiple EMMA throphies and in different categories as well. In addition they have help me beat other cars that have a set up which costs up to 6 digits while mine is just a budget setup.

All in all a very good job well done by them as well as their tuning standard is the best if not one of the best in Singapore. (Check out the amount of trophies they have in all 3 shops!)

So I was recommended to this installer as I keep having some issue on my car audio which was installed by another famous installer that is also advertised here. They didn't push me to change the whole setup and just rectify and listen to the potential of my audio system. They charge me a fee that was very reasonable and worked 13 hours to fix my car from 9am in the morning to 1am at night. Yes it was that screwed up. The wiring, soundproofing, tuning everything was wrong. You maybe doubtful how sound proofing can be wrong but yes it can if it is not done properly.

So after rectifying, the system was much better but i was itchy and wanted to change to a better system. Was offered a very reasonable deal to change to another well known brand as they know I already spent money on rectifying. The end product was a million miles apart from what I originally have and the tuning was spot on. Kudoz to the tuner who spent hours in my car to get it right as compare to 10-15 mins by the other installer. The staging, the tonality and quality of sound makes it feel that money is well spent.

So after another few months I wanted to do more stuff but the installer refuse as he is aware that I have twins coming and ask me not to spend money and to do what is necessary only.

So in summary xtremez is a place if you want to have good quality sound, soundproofing and installation at a reasonable price. They may not be the cheapest in the market but you know your car audio is being installed properly and that you will get the sound you want. Get it done once correctly.

Was deciding which audio shop to patronise and after listening to several setups from different cars, decided that xtremez had the best sound quality.

Paid them a visit and was so impressed not only with their setup but also their friendliness and technical knowledge hence I committed to a 3way sound system instead of a basic setup. Moving on, its been more than 2years since yet we still go back for regular catch up sessions, fine tune our systems and more.

I would highly recommend this place to install your car audio and to improve the sound proofing of your car. I did the sound proofing of my car doors there and the staff were on hand to explain to me clearly the various options that are available. The installation went through very smoothly and the quality of the install was great!

Needed to get better sound as the stock speakers just weren't powerful enough. Went to the outlet in Ubi and was able to test the speakers before deciding on one of their packages. Ah Sheng is not pushy but recommended package according to your budget and needs. Was able to complete the job within a day as per request. Shortly after, I changed to an Android HU and had some crackling problem. Contacted Ah Sheng and they were able to provide aftersales support as needed. Apparently it is signalling issue and they rectified it at their Sin Ming branch. Recommended and reliable audio shop.

The service was outstanding and I will be coming back for future serial upgrades of amps and other components. Am enjoying my new ride experience!

Had my car camera installed 5 years ago by them. Very good workmanship to hide the wiring. Returned to install my car camera again 2 years ago when I changed car.
