This review is a little too late but I would like to share my positive experience at Xtremez Audio Accessories.Back in May, I was intending to purchase a Blackvue car camera and thus I decided to head down to Xtremez Audio Accessories upon reading up on their positive reviews online. About 2 months prior to collecting the car, I consulted Charles with the intention of installing an audio system. Charles is very open to sharing his knowledge & experience with me, the response was almost immediate. There was no hard selling from him or his team, which allowed us to work together comfortably and easily. Upon giving Charles my budget plan, he ran a few tests of the different speakers. After a few weeks, I brought my daughter to listen to the demo speakers & we made a decision on our preferred speaker. Thus, we met again on a Friday night with Charles and his team, despite it being after work hours. Charles' team gave me a gauge on what they would do, and hence, the decision was made. As I already know what component speakers I wanted, and I am not changing my stock HU, Charles recommended an additional dsp and amplifier to interface with my component speakers. To complete the setup, he also recommended a sound proofing for the 4 doors as well.

Although this exceeds my budget, at the end, I'm very extremely pleased and happy with his team's professional help. They are willing to stay late to complete the job. In fact, when I went to collect my car at 730pm Saturday night, Charles is still doing the tuning to shape the sound to perfectly match my car interior. I must really thank him and his team for the hard work.

Listening to music in the car is such an enjoyment for my family now. The richness, detail and note coming out from the very same songs is well worth the money spent. I would definitely recommend my friends to his shop.

My personal experience at Xtremez Audio Accessories a couple of days ago was nothing short of amazing. To back up a little, my stock speaker system was starting to come apart after 3 years, so for the next 7 years, it made sense to install the basic Focal Auditor sound system. I was in the Ubi area on a work assignment and it made sense to change the sound system at a nearby location. The countless reviews for Xtremez Audio Accessories made it a freaking easy decision. So I tried my luck and messaged Xtremez Tuesday night. Charles (I think?) was extremely responsive and I managed to squeeze in an appointment the next morning and I was assured that the job could be completed within the day. The comms amongst the team was even better than my operational unit during my NS days. Sheng got the message the night before and turned up well before opening hours, knowing that I'll be there. He tied down the things to be done with me and estimated that the car would be ready by late afternoon, and off I went to my customer's place. I got the call from Sheng towards late afternoon, that my car was ready for collection. At this point, I just wanted to say, they're very clear about their timings. When I got there, the audio team was like made up of a section plus of guys, so that jobs could be delivered on time. I tested the system and it definitely sounded a lot better than my stock sound system. I drove off, a very satisfied customer. I was even more satisfied after driving for a day as Sheng managed to fix up a small but niggling rattling problem in my car. So with the rattle gone and 4-door sound proofing, phew. I'm self admittedly not a music enthusiast, so I won't know all those cheem cheem stuff about audio, just a guy next door who wants a bit more oomph when its time to change the audio system. To this extent, Xtremez really delivered well for the guys next door like us. Overall, my experience with the Xtremez Audio was positive. My ride was up and running with my new audio system within a week of installing it, and the thing is the audio system sound so good even before any tuning which the audio setup is recommended by Charles. Xtremez Audio was really helpful and patient in explaining to me in layman term on how it works and they had spend many overnighting just to fixed up my audio system, and also the beautiful design they done for my audio display (Do checkout the design and give them the credits). If you're need any advises about ICE (In-Car Entertainment), I have no compaints about Xtremez Audio, they had been performing well or even out of my expectation over the past few weeks.
