Wayne the boss is extremely polite and nice. Saw him personally check my brakes after installing. Not like conventional workshop with arrogance , Nice cosy area to wait . Seriously I stay in the west and still go down because I love his service and pricing at $90 Cheapest among 6 outlets I asked . Autobac $120 Autoserve shell $90 -$120 depending on area . Came to the brake shop looking for a new front brake kit for my car. First impressions were good as the workshop looked very proper, well spaced and tidy with a small show room.

Not too sure what brand I wanted to go with at first but after much consideration and advice from the staff I decided to go with the Fella brake kit that they are the distributor for Singapore. One of the reasons being they would be able to provide better after sales service for the product and the price was competitive if you do not mind it being a Korean brand (Fella has been making brakes for Korea's railways for a long time and this is their venture into the BBK market, hence I see no reason to doubt their quality).

When it came down to choosing a colour and design for the calipers, the boss Wayne was very patient and accommodating with my requests, updating and consulting me on the colour and sticker design, making sure I was satisfied with them before he went ahead to finish the product. While it cost a bit more than the conventional colour designs, I was more than happy with the results and I believe the pictures will speak for themselves.

So far the first week of driving with the new breaks has been great, while it has yet to fully bake in, the brakes are a lot more responsive than the stock ones and I could not be happier. Will return to do the rear in future and I will definitely recommend The Brake Shop to anyone looking to change/repair/service their brakes.
