Have sent countless enquiries to The Brake Shop and other shops for the past 3 months before deciding to engage The Brake Shop. Even before commuting, the person in charge has been very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He explores multiple options and gives good advice to best suit your requirements.

I would like to say Thank you to Wayne, Florence and his team. Superb service from the time I enquire thru Facebook till the time I go down to their shop. I was looking for replacement rotors and brake pads for my Alcon BBK. They were very prompt with their reply and was able to clear my doubts. When I was down at the shop to measure my rotor size, they found out that my brake pads had only 10% left. But it was near closing time and they were still busy with other cars. Without much hesitation Wayne and his team decided that safety should not be compromised and went the extra mile to work on my car after working hours. Will definitely recommend my friends to them. - Leon Toh

Went in for some troubleshooting with brakes and the staff went above and beyond to help rectify despite staying after closing hours on a Friday night. Wayne is definitely the guru when it comes to brakes, and he followed up with me to check on the status to ensure everything is ok. Excellent service and responsible. Went back to change AP Racing brake pads for my Rotora 4 pot, intially has sound sounds but went back and they did brake shims for me and it's as quiet as stock now. Both Vincent and Wayne provided services that you can dream of. Professional throughout their sales pitch and explained the whole brake system to you. Trusting on all the great reviews, I paid deposit and left my car at their shop even though I have never even met Wayne face to face. Car was returned in the same condition when I left it. I was also worried if Wayne could get the colour code (Burnt Copper) of the calipers I want and I must say it turned out really good and I love it. Wayne also briefed me on how to care for the brakes in the recent weeks and informed me what to expect from it. Great job to Wayne and the team! - Ethan Tan

Had installed a set of AP Racing Radical on my ride. After long wait of 4 weeks of my dream BBK, was excited to have it on my ride. It was disappointing to have the high pitch squeal noise but was resolved by buying brake pad shims as recommended. Another low pitch vibration on slow speed half braking occurred but was unresolvable, in fact I was told to expect a noiseless BBK. Overall it was a beautiful piece of calipers and outstanding braking performance. - Shawn Tay

Installed my AP Racing CP8530 BBK and have no regrets. As compared to stock brakes, I now feel more confident in braking. Wayne is friendly, honest and seriously knowledgable in BBK stuffs. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your stock brakes to BBK. Look no further, they are indeed the brake specialist. - Elvin Foo
