Sam was responsive on queries prior to me making a decision to send my car to 5D Solutions. Sent my brand new car for Kubebond ceramic coating few days ago. Sam was accommodating that I send in my car earlier than their opening hours and did a very good job on the ceramic coating service. During collection in afternoon, Sam explained clearly what has been done and provided good advice on how to wash the car so that the coating will be in good condition. Had a great experience with their service. Went down to look for sam for their service. Despite being past their opening hours, sam patiently waited for me to arrive. Searched for their sister company at first and was happy to find they have another shop front in the West! I wanted to do the ceramic glass coating and the boss accepted my impromptu booking for the same day. The car was super shiny when I collected it the next day! Love the hydrophobic effect. Can see the road clearly even when it was raining a few days ago. Much easier to wash the car too. Staff also patiently shared tips on how to wash the car properly. Great service and great job done. I'm not new in ceramic coating. But after 5D Solutions Intro and sharing I'm convinced and have a better understanding about their products. 5D Solutions not just about the products. Is their service and follows up service that make me feel like a real customer to them. I didn't expect these group of specialists are that professional. From Intro to after our car was done up with 9H coating. 5D Solutions was always there to share, explaining what the status on the work progress. As my two kids usually eat in the car, it takes only a while to be a roaches paradise. After witnessing numerous roaches crawling within my sight, I decided to take up a pest fumigation package from Sam. The results are amazing. saw lots of roaches bodies after one round and I have not seen any more roaches after that. I personally recommend 5D Solutions to my friends who are keen in getting rid roaches in their cars. Not forgetting to ban my kids from eating in my car.😃 - Felix Ooi
