Highly recommended. We faced a bit of issue and Yong helped to send a replacement car all the way to Port Dickson, facing the weekend traffic jam. Despite of the long drive, Yong shows great professionalism. He greeted us with a big smile and did not show any sign of tiredness. We truly appreciate it. My mistake to not have checked the car together with their mechanic upon return. The y then claimed that a small scratch at the bottom of the front bumper was my fault. Interestingly, the small piece of paint that fell off was also on the floor right there. Charged me additional $180 to repaint that spot about the size of a 50ct coin. They also tried attribute a small nick on the bonnet to me which defied logic because the front grill protrudes out more than the bonnet and has absolutely no dent nor scratches. Hi Lionel, Our team has always taken pride in our exceptional customer service. And we will always apologise if any one of us lapse in our service to customers. I have personally investigated the matter to make sure it was not a mistake on our company's part to unfairly charge any damages to the vehicle when it is returned. Unfortunately, the front bumper paint has chipped, the metal grille is cracked, and the left portion of front bumper is out of alignment with the right, which can only be caused by driving the vehicle head-on to a structure. See pictures: https://imgur.com/wdip7IS https://imgur.com/ZZWedgz The damage charges of $180 is also in line with the damage chart we publicly publish on our website here: https://ridenow.sg/home/damage-chart/ Your charged damage includes not only the bumper paint charge (our cost $180), it also includes the metal grille part which can only be replaced and not repaired (our cost $240), as well as the downtime required for the fix (our cost 2 days = $140). Which brings our actual cost of fixing the damage to about $560. When we do a detailed breakdown, it is quite apparent that your charged damage of $180 is more than very reasonable. Of course, we get that all customers who are charged for damage will be naturally upset. But I hope my explanation here serves as a further clarification for your experience. Great experience with Travis & team. Rented a Toyota Axio, got a good price and the condition of the car was pretty good. Honest car rental, no hidden costs, no tricks and gimmicks. Has the option of a CDL to reduce liability. I rented a mazda 2 for 1.5days. Its clean and was running good. However, the brake was not very strong and the car cannot brake hard and quickly. Dangerous. But the team were quick to respond to try and rectify the problem. I am confident this does not happen often, maybe because the car is one of the oldest there. Hope I will get a safe car when I come back again :) - Mervyn Wee

The go-to for car rental! Cars might be slightly older but they are definitely in good condition. Their team will go the extra mile to rescue you if you encounter any problem! Compared to other companies (in the same building but shall not be named), Ride Now will not intimidate or coerce you into thinking you damaged the car while you are returning the car. You won't regret doing business with them (if you drive properly)! - Junxiang Bai

We decided to give it another try after Travis contacted us. This time round, we rented a Toyota Vios for 3 days. The pickup and handing over of the vehicle were both smooth and fast. It was good. The same checker did not say anything this time, he just checked the car and noted down the existing damages before asking me to sign it. It was nice of them to have washed the exterior, but the front bumper had a damaged part that was protruding out. We would suggest they get parts like that fixed before renting out to customers next time. Overall, the drive was smooth even though it was an old Vios model. Probably because it was an old model, the radio that comes with it was old. It did not have any Bluetooth function or port that we could connect to play our own songs. We would suggest they work on this too. To conclude, it was a better experience this time round but we do hope to see newer car models from them in the near future. Cheers! πŸ’ͺ🏼 - weiren khoo

Collection of car was relatively smooth except for the guy who checked the condition of the car and the fuel level. I'm talking about the guy with the tattoo on the side of his head. Rude man. Instead of talking, he grumbles. When checking for damages before handover, he just marks things down and did not tell me what he's marking. When I talked to him he just grunts and grumbles. Also they didn't provide USB charger for the car unlike other rental places that I've tried. Flexible pick up and return timing and the staff inside the office explained the requirements sufficiently. Their 3rd party insurance excess for probation driver is about $3k more than their competitiors (that's bad) and they collect 300 deposit which is 100 more than their competitor(doesn't really matter). The car wasn't particularly dirty nor was it clean. Exterior was spotless but the interior mats needed some cleaning . P.s. if you are renting their vios, do note it doesn't have Bluetooth stero (if that matters to you), but it was pleasant to drive. - Surya Duerre
