I am really disappointed with the recent car condition. Previously i was impressed with the condition which i leased a couple of times. Thinking that i am a regular customer and will have the thought of reasonable car condition. It is damn disappointment. The seats are cracked and full of dust over the seats and carpet. Even my guest from oversea also commented the same remark. When i feedback to the staffs they just sit there and keep quiet. I will not recommend to any of my friends👎👎👎👎👎 - Helen Heng

Decided on a Friday morning to rent a car for the weekend (Friday-Monday) and was web surfing before I came across this rental shop. Got two numbers to contact through their page and was promptly attended by the staff. The staff in charge was very patient and checked with me my needs before making his recommendations. Ended up with a Toyota Rush at a very attractive pricing (just nice there was promotion). Got the insurance issues (additional cos gg msia) settled and then a quick visual check of the car. Was briefed about some of the SOP and then i was good to go with the car. In and out of the shop took me around 20 odd minutes. Mileage on car is high (but tbh which rental car isn't), car is clean and the car operates the way it is supposed to with no hiccups. The only down side is it is key locked and there is no remote to lock the doors. However not a big problem for me, just need to ensure that I remember to lock it everytime I park the car. Overall, I find "Ride Now" a no frills rental and I am very sure that I will be returning if I have any rental needs in the future. - Soon Keng Neo
