Well recommended rental company! My first time engaging this company for their rental services found through carousell. Supposed to get a Honda Civic however when i arrived, car wasn't available due to accident. Contact(Vincent) managed to get for me a replacement vehicle(Seat Tesudo) within 1 hour as promised. OZ Car Rental provided me with a quick and easy car rental experience. I rented a Toyota Wish from them for $280 from Friday to Monday. On Friday, Sebastian from OZ Car Rental called me to inform that the Toyota Wish was involved in a major accident due to the previous hirer before me. Sebastian offered several replacement vehicle options - Honda Stream, Hyundai Avante 2022, Hyundai Ioniq. I accepted the offer for the Avante 2022 at no additional cost. In fact it was at a $20 discount as the Avante was only 3 months old and is supposed to cost slightly more. I would like to thank Sebastian for his swift and effective response to this unforeseen circumstance. Sebastian was very professional and understanding. My only slight dissatisfaction is that the windscreen or wiper was not properly maintained and driving in heavy rain made it very blurry to see. But overall, thank you OZ Car Rental for the good experience. - Trevor Productions

My friend booked a rental car for us from here at 7PM or so to drive into Malaysia. At 4PM+ on the day of travel itself; they informed that there's no car left, we are to seek our own solution, albeit all our hotels and arrangements are booked and made. Asked for any alternative quick-fixes, but was informed over the phone to find our own way out of this predicament (first). But ultimately no further help was rendered anyway. I guess the rental rates are decent, but rent at your own risks of having to scramble for last minute cars available due to lack of accountability. - V C
