OZ is very professional and reasonable car rental company. Sebastian has been great in dealing with me. When I asked for details no cover up unlike others. When I had a paint chip, OZ was reasonable with the repair cost. Will recommend them, a little more expensive than others but definitely you're in good hands. Even the other staff that check the car was nice and friendly. Will definitely look for them in the future. If you have yet to try, go for it. Rented from OZ car rental and Audi A4 for my wedding. Person in charge was Clarence, he displayed really good customer service skills and he sent the car for polishing before I rented this car so that everything looks sparkling clean. Although the only downside was the delay in polishing, which cost me to wait 1 hours longer than the actual rental time. Tried renting a Honda Civic and have placed a deposit 1 week before. Mind you, I Have reconfirmed on the morning of the rental day and was told to head down at 4.30pm. Upon reaching the place, I was told that there are no available civic despite being confirmed in the morning that there is one. Instead, was told that only Toyota Sienta and Vios is available. Either I take that or I could have my deposit back. Could have just told me in the morning but instead, no one had the initiative to inform me. A total waste of time for me to head down. Not a professional company with zero initiative to communicate with customer. All in all, decided to get my deposit back and leave the place. Kindly know what you are getting into when you are renting with this company. If you are fine with any car model, go ahead.
