Saw their listing on Carousell. There was not much info on the listing hence I whatsapp 2 of the numbers that were listed to enquire about the rental. Both of them (Sebastian and Vincent) refused to respond. Terrible service - Lincoln H.

Messaged for rental on the same day , said there were 3 available cars(Siento, Kia K3, Vios). Went down and they were all not available. Apparently 2 cars were taken before I arrived and the Siento was not there when I had asked. Not very pog. - Benedict Lim

This car rental service is highly recommended. I was given a brand new car for rent and I took extra care of it. They have utter trust in their customers. Such trust is hard to come by these days. The staff are very friendly too. They lend out ears when there is a feedback to be given. They also give great advise on any issues that are brought up by customers like me. To sum it up, I am very satisfied with their service. Also extra care was given by me to return the car in the great shape it was initially rented out to me because of their awesome service. Friendly and honest rental company. The whole renting process was smooth and their location allows easy pick up too, at Serangoon. Would have been better if they provided phone holder but overall still great! Thank you, would recommend - Jin Zuan

Rented from OZ car rental and managed to get the car for Christmas weekend at a reasonable rate, was last minute so was really grateful that I managed to get the car. Replies were efficient via WhatsApp and car was in good condition. They do rent to p plate drivers with less than 1 year experience. Overall a pleasant experience and would definitely rent from them again if I have the opportunity. - Joash Tjoa

Responsible, reliable, clean and clear company. Was supposed to rent Mitsubishi EX but due to unforeseen circumstances, Sebastian assist to upgrade my car to Audi. Well, it was supposed to be for a wedding though. Tysm for the covering guys. Really appreciate it! I even extended another day to drive around. Look forward to rent again. - Zoey MJ

Staff of OZ is friendly and also and also is very flexible in the timing for Collecting and Returning which is very good for us especially when we had work and only available 8pm-9pm . Will recommend to others .. thumb up - Andy Guan

My first rent and it went well. Customer Service were on point, Car condition were also on point. Pricing were competitive but its just a few dollars different. My 2 day experience with the car was great can't t complaint. Overall its a great rental company no cap, as im reviewing this, im planing my next rental. - Shafiq Iskandar

2nd time renting from them and leaving yet another review for them because they are really honest and deserves the review. Will recommend them, a little more expensive than others in the same area but definitely you're in good hands. If you have yet to try, go for it. Fleets are very well maintained and staff like Sebastian will recommend you cars based on your requirements. Fuss free return of deposit within the stated time of the contract. Customer service 10/10 once again Car condition 10/10 (even for a 2 year old car, you know it's well maintained, definitely better than most of the other rentals I used before) Price 10/10 (reasonable) Overall experience 10/10 once again - E S
