Recently I got my brand new car, but there is a dust underneath the original paint. Went to Tan Chong to complain and get it fix last Saturday. End up they touch up and don't bother to sand it out and paint. Go back again on Monday, this time they said will sand it and re spray the small area, wait from 8am to 3pm, give me a yellowish Color which is mismatch from the panel. And the holes when they sand out is still there. What a shit job Tan Chong give for a customer.

I fed up in waiting. And look for other option. My Friend said ACE chrome is very good in doing Color match. So call them this morning was quoted 100+. So went down at 11.30 to get it fix. Reached there talk to Ah Tiong. He quote me 120, I nego to 100. He is very honest, and told me why Tan Chong spray a different Color, instead of bashing Tan Chong for shitty job, he stay neutral..What a great guy.
He also explain to me why certain part of a car Color is slightly mismatch due to metal and plastic.

To cut it short.. Job was done in 3hrs, flawless job, perfect white no holes nothing. Just like original. I was extremely happy with the service. However as they accept cash only, I only has 70buckd with me, so ask Tiong where to withdraw money, end up he said I wil just charge you 70.

Total satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone. The prIce is factor, but honesty is what I'm looking for and I feel extremely comfy talking to ah Tiong. Great guy, great company. Kudos...

Great workmanship and quick service! Carol was friendly and easy to communicate with. Brought my car in to touch up and respray one side of the front bumper. Price was reasonable for the job done. Highly recommended.

Bumped my front bumper against the wall and the front lip was dented and paint chipped off. Looked around the forums and came across good reviews for this painter. Made an appointment for Sat and dropped my car off at 9.30am and collected it at 1.30pm. Very fast and the workmanship was excellent! Not to mention they are the cheapest compared to some other shops i called. Carol the boss is also very friendly and prompt in replying calls and whatsapp. English speaking too so that helps me cause my chinese is bad.

Sent my car in to fix a rusty hole on the roof and the result was flawless. Now the roof of my car looks perfectly new compared to the rest of the body haha. The repairs were done really quickly and much faster than I had originally expected too! Value for money and quick reliable service. Recommended!

Excellent job. Sent my car to repair the scratches at the side of my bumper. Collect my car in 3 hours after resting at the coffee shop next to it. Flawless and reasonable price. Still provides free tyre polishing and vacuum.. No words to say.. Fantastic!

I replaced front bumper of my Bentley Flying Spur. I am very satisfied with the services I received. The paint job is perfect, workmanship is wonderful and price is reasonable. Went to Carol to re-spray bumper as the previous paint shop I went did not do a good job and leaving ugly uneven paint. Carol was really detail and set a high standard in delivering best paint work results. She will not hesitate to re-do if QC is not up to her yardstick. A highly recommended paint shop!
