This was my first time in Singapore, and after over five years, I was involved in an accident when a motorbike hit the back of my car. My insurance agent advised me to file an accident report within 24 hours at Complete VMS Pte Ltd. The next day, I visited the workshop, where they thoroughly explained the entire process and provided regular follow-ups. They closely monitored the liability assessment and initially estimated that repairs would take 4 to 5 days. However, to my surprise, my car was fully repaired within just 24 hours. I received my vehicle back the day after the liability check. Additionally, they arranged a high-quality replacement car for me during the repair period. There were also useful information about the services, like providing the rental car during the repair of my vehicle.
