Was referred by my insurance to VMS soon lee, from the day of the accident they guided through step by step , accident reporting with them was fast and easy, they also provided a replacement car which exceed my expectation, really was in need of a car for the hari raya holiday,as i wait for my car to be repaired ! Triple Thumbs up to VMS Soon lee. The day of collection , the car was in perfect condition as if the accident did not happen,they also help to repair my car other damaged of which made me very happy . I find Complete VMS very reliable partner (Winnie) for repairing my car. When I brought the car for repair, the whole process was very smooth. In addition, I got periodic updates on the status of insurance claim and repairs. Today I collected my car back and the process is very smooth as well.
