I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Darren from Complete VMS. It was unfortunate because I got into an accident. However, the painful journey of vehicle recovery was made very much pleasant by Darren. The whole process was hassle free with Darren regularly providing updates. This was my first time in Singapore, and after over five years, I was involved in an accident when a motorbike hit the back of my car. My insurance agent advised me to file an accident report within 24 hours at Complete VMS Pte Ltd. The next day, I visited the workshop, where they thoroughly explained the entire process and provided regular follow-ups. They closely monitored the liability assessment and initially estimated that repairs would take 4 to 5 days. However, to my surprise, my car was fully repaired within just 24 hours. I received my vehicle back the day after the liability check. Additionally, they arranged a high-quality replacement car for me during the repair period. There were also useful information about the services, like providing the rental car during the repair of my vehicle. When I came in, they guided me through the process because this was my 1st accident and I am very grateful to the Complete VMS team for helping me claim the insurance. They are very professional in their work just as most of the reviews I've read before, and I highly recommend this workshop to people who don't know what to do or where to start like me.
