On a hot day on 29th August 2022, my car air conditioning went haywire. It was blowing hot air! Being a Malaysian visiting Singapore, I had to Google-search for the nearest workshop… Mr Dao Xiong was very responsive and kind over the phone. At the workshop, his mechanics were very helpful and courteous. Immediate checks were done on my car. Within half an hour, the problem was rectified. Sent my car for servicing this morning, managed to get my car within 2 hours, satisfy with their service at first, but is disappointed when I open my car bonnet to have a look when reached home, found a loose item not installed and left it near the engine area. To me, this not acceptable as I know how much damage it can cause when an loose item is left near an engine especially an running engine. Imagine loose item drop in and stuck in between the gears or time belt. To all drivers, always open your car bonnet and have a look after any car servicing or maintenance, just have a check if even though it is your trusted workshop or best rated workshop. So is my 1st and last time visiting this workshop, I not saying their staff and service are not good, is just that I have lost the confidence.
