Have been with New Age for more than a year now. When I got my new car early last year, I was searching for a good workshop for paint protection. Came across New Age from the website and the glowing reviews from existing customers and decided to give it a try. Agree that the price is definitely not cheap when compared to the other workshops (especially those that are shouting S$488, S$588, etc). But as the Chinese saying goes, Yi Fen Qian Yi Fen Huo, I must say New Age and its owner, Gabriel, are as what the positive reviews say. Specifically, Gabriel, down-to-earth and not pushy. No regrets sending to New Age and has been using the workshop for my car wash even though I do not stay in Yishun. - George Ong

They were supposed to start work at 9am, but when i arrived there at 8.45am, Mike, his boss Gabriel and their team was there ready to serve me. Very quickly they start the inspection of the car while Mike explain to me the procedures they will be doing for my car. Over the course of the morning, he regularly updated me with msg and pictures on the progress of my car, which i am v impressed. When the job was completed and I went to pick up my car, and viola the car was looking shining and immaculate. Boss Gabriel took time to explain what i shud do and not-do to keep my car in tip top condition, very sincerely i must said he was as well. Overall, i like to say they are very professional, yet very personal. I must again compliment Mike: he was very persistent and patiently keep following me up for a FEW weeks to keep educate me about New Age Polish products and services, and how they will not fail me and why the product is so good. I eventually signed up for their offer and i'm ready to say they are indeed worth VERY GOOD and AWESOME service!

Did my research and checked around for recommendations about the different types and grades of coating options before committing to New Age Polish. I first found them when doing research on Car Fumigation and later on was surprised to find out they did car protection coating as well. Mike in particular was top notch in service standards, and quickly gave me the run down on the price, their quality standards and the downtime needed. One thing i like is that even though they know i'm looking at other competitors services, they don't badmouth them. Instead, Mike chooses to show the focus on excellent service and top grade products from Taiwan they use. I went down to the workshop intending to only do the exterior coating but i got the opportunity to see how the staff there commit to each and every vehicle and end up choosing to do both exterior and interior coating thanks to Mike's recommendation. My car now looks and feels great from inside and out. HI Gabriel, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you ( NewAge) for your excellent job on my 3 months old black vessel. When I first bought the car, I was so paranoid in ensuring that my car looks shiny all the time and clean. Hence, with my little knowledged on car grooming, I opt for the cheapest and convenient way which is polishing at JB. I was very happy because my car looks shiny and sleek�. After a while, I start seeing "swirl marks" on my car. The swirl marks became very obvious over months. It breaks my heart tremendously. Until I saw "NewAge" from FB. I immediately met Gabriel and he patiently explained what need to be done to restore my car. Convinced with what he has to offer, I book for the next slot available. The car is always in the open space under harsh weather, rain or shine so is not easy to work on the condition and black color made their task even more challenging. They have done an excellent job! Thanks to Gabriel and his team who gave my 2 year old white vezel a complete makeover. It's as good as new now! Went for the 3 layer 9H Diamond coating. Appreciate Gabriel's patience and enthusiasm in sharing the step by step process and constant updates. Very professional as he inspected the car before recommending the package. As the paintwork came off due to bird's droppings, he even recommended me to respray the affected area and coordinated everything. It was a complete breeze for me without much downtime without a car - send for respray and coating separately. The paintwork restoration was nicely done to remove water marks that accumulated after 2 years of not maintaining the car. Went to New Age Polish to do fumigation services for the car, due to roaches issue. Gabriel explained the processes involved and such. While I was there, there were 2 other cars being detailed. Observed that the crew were meticulous in their work. Even Gabriel was hands-on with his team. After the fumigation job, he took some time to share with me the products they are using and services provided. No hard selling. Just pure sharing and creating the awareness. As for the fumigation job, many roaches retrieved. Breath of fresh air lingering in the car. Gabriel and his team...what can I say. They brought my very New Vezel yet very Old paint look to a brilliant life again. Some may say price is an issue, yes I agree but if you are to understand the real work of detailing procedures(not just polishe hor), you know they are trained, following the procedure and maintaining the procedure. Meticulous & Awesome Send hub's Evo 10 to New Age polish to clean the interior of his fabric seating . Accumulating a good 5 years of dirt and germs as we couldn't find a good and reasonable company for us to trust our car on. After looking at reviews at his page and word of mouth from several friends that have engage his service prior to that , we decided to give it a try . Gabrial and his team focus on quality instead of quantity . He update us on the progress and show us the cleaning results . We're indeed horrify by the amount of dirts thats clean of but thankful that we finally have it clean . The car smells refreshing with a tint of peppermint , which eventually is a spray that kills germs like the H1N1 virus . ( the OCD in me kicks in after looking at those photos of the dirt accumulated in the waste water from cleaning of my seats ! ) hence pester hub to asked Gabrial to sell him 1 of the spray ! ) Entire process was indeed a Breeze , it was easy and professional . Got my first virgin tried @ New Age Polish. Was introduce by gab kube bond coating. Result was superb! Never regretted doing it. Workmanship is excellent. Get rid of all my ugly swirl marks on my vehicle as per promise. Great boss and great worker! 6 stars for a car grooming - Akai Kzk
