1st time I went to New Age was for normal exterior polishing coz I had the Groupon voucher & fell in love with the polishing works. So when I resprayed my ride, New Age was the 1st in my mind for Paint Protection. Was recommended to do New Age Hybrid by Gabriel as my ride left only 4yrs. Upon collecting my ride with my 13th yo daughter, she said "Mummy, how come ur car so shiny!". Colleagues at work also notice the marvelous shine. The thing tt amazed me was the "beading" effect when raining. It looks like crystal of diamonds on my ride. I never regretted with my decision to do with New Age Polish. I chanced upon New Age Polish while waiting in queue to get my car inspected for turning 11-years' old. And right in front of me was a board advertising its services. I had wanted to get my car polished & have its interior cleaned but always procrastinated. So, seeing this ad in front, I thought I would make an enquiry since I didn't know the brand or heard of it before. Gabriel replied my query quite promptly on their services & pricing & I thought I'd celebrate my car's 11th birthday by treating it to a good wash, polish & wax. Having driven it since Day 1, ferrying the kids from their schooling years to serving NS, & taking the family mutt for rides to the park & vet visits, it was time to give the loyal family ride a good vacuum (to remove years of collecting white fur & other unmentionables), fumigate the pests out & a cleansing steam treatment. After 3+ hours, the car was looking great, a shine put back on its paintwork, and a clean smell & feel to its interior. Had my 1 month old honda coated with the hybrid package. Had a mis-communication with Gabriel on the process required to do my car which came with swirl marks. However was not aware that swirl marks has to be dealt with first before he could proceed with the paint protection. Gabriel was very gracious to remove the swirl marks without charge due to the mis-com, and as I had my son who is 7 with me, he was again gracious enought to give me a ride to my home. I'm happy with his service and the shine on the car really do stand out. Can't comment on how long the paint protection will last at the moment as it's only been about 2 weeks. But from the dedication of Gabriel and his team, I trust that it should be as good as they claim. Would certainly recommend New Age Polish to those looking for paint protection. On 07 Feb 17, I have signed up A New Age Hybrid treatment to be done on my car. I only choose to leave my comments now because I wish to see what are the effects of PPS on my car. Sending My Car to New Age Polish :- When I send in my car to sign up for the PPS, New Age (Gabriel) explained in detail what he and his team will do to my car. And when my car is ready for collection, he started to educate me how I should be taking care of the car and to maintain in a good shape. When I asked if there is any scratches with my car, he immediately showed me where is that little scratch. [He is attentive to details]. And he advised me that I can get a paint pen to cover up the scratch. [He is Professional]. And the best part is that he told me to drive my car back and he can help to touch up once I get my paint pen [Thumbs up! ]. After Getting My Car :- Washing : Washing is very easy and the paint restores its brightness after wash. When I touched my car, I can still feel the smooth effect on my car. Raining : Once the rain stops, you can see the hydrophobic (waterdrops) effect on the car. When I start to accelerate my car, waterdrops falls off quickly from my car and that will reduce my effort in wiping the car dry and clean when I reached the MSCP (Gabriel, I did followed what you said...lol).
