Very satisfied with Kaizen Motors' services, good pricing and quality solutions. Sent my car here once for engine overhaul, for less than half of what manufacturers quoted. Been sending my personal car and company vehicles here for regular servicing ever since. They've also got a nice place to chill while waiting for your ride. Highly Recommended.

Kaizen motor is one of the most reliable workshop in SG.

I copied back back my review back 2 years ago when my Subaru break down and engine was overhauled by a reputable Subaru workshop but yet engine fail again within warranty period.

Instead of repairing, the workshop denied their fault of poor workmanship and improper installation. As a result, Crankshaft, bearings, o-rings, codrod etc were Badly damaged.

Many thanks to Shawn & The team of Kaizen motor for their hard work and patience for sourcing and replaced all the parts and also ratification on engine oil leakage.

Although I had changed my ride, but I still go back to Kaizen for all serving and technical advise.

I strongly recommend Kaizen for a Peace of mind.

The first time coming down to this place and it gave me a great experience in term of the workmanship and details they provided.

It was great and fast servicing I ever did.

The worker also will teach you how to maintain your engine and your weekly maintainance.

Hard to find a workshop to do my Mazda but manage to settle my start stop battery replacement at Kaizen Motors. All done up nice and neat! Highly recommended.

Definitely more than a 5* rating ! Always find it hard to find a trustworthy workshop to stick with... And I finally found it ! Shawn and team is very professional , friendly and honest .. The whole experience was great and would definitely recommend it to all �

One of the best workshop I ever went. Shop owner really understand consumer point of view. He will really take the time and effort to troubleshoot the car issues before changing anything.

Kaizen Motor is definitely one of the most friendly workshop with no hidden charges and zero unnecessary replacement of parts. Each part is explained clearly and consent is seek for before any replacement is done.

Pricing for each part and labour fee are definitely reasonable and comes with service notches above the industry standard. Service is not only excellent, the air-conditioned lounge is cosy and filled with a wide variety of drinks as well.

Downtime for my vehicle is also being kept to the minimal, turnover is much faster than those of other workshops when inquired. Although multiple complications came into play during the repair, Kaizen Motor relentlessly worked days and nights over the week to discover and to fix the problem.

Handover of the vehicle is only made when my vehicle is checked at its greatest detail with each problem discovered throughout the repair process solved at its roots. Ensuring a worry-free drive away from the workshop as a happy customer.

Highly recommended and your trust for them will not be displaced.

Kaizen Motors has provided a superb service. Price was reasonable. Workmanship is excellent. Lastly, always advise me, this or that doesn't need to change/replace and can last for quite awhile. Which save me some money for my bags!! >.< HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
