They are the kind of mechanics that 2nd hand car dealers will fear. Short of stripping the engine down, if you send the car to them for pre-purchase-inspection, your dealer will have a long list of rectifications to do. Shawn attended to me and was very strict, including making sure the dealer was phototaking down the rectifications needed. A private discussion was separately held about the gut feel of the dealer, the dealer's company, the car's condition and the expected future maintenance costs of that 2nd hand car. Kaizen motors offer good service! Sean explained and taught me what exactly went wrong with my vehicle. Gives me a better understanding of what has happened and how the recommended course of action helps the vehicle. Had my car suspension fixed recently and experience with Kaizen is wonderful. Shawn is knowledgeable and patient. Explained in details on the issue and provided honest opinion and recommendation. Came upon Kaizen motor while looking to replace my suspension. Shawn is very transparent and proficient in his trade, and also put in the effort to further inspect my vehicle and explain how I can maintain them. Kudos to Shawn and team. Keep up the good work!!!

Kaizen Motors is perhaps the best and most honest car workshop in Singapore. Shawn is very honest and transparent with his pricing. Where ever feasible, he will try to salvage the parts that are in good condition. I have always gone to Kaizen whenever I have required servicing and any repairs to my car and have always experienced my car to be very very smooth and as good as new after the trip to Kaizen :D - Aasim, Owner of Kia Cerato Forte

Very honest and reliable guy. Sean will give u in depth on what is needed for your car to perform well. If there is a need to change, he will tell u if it is urgently needed to be change or not. First encountered Kaizen Motors when I was looking for a workshop to conduct pre-purchase inspection. Shawn was very easy to work with and provided me with a detailed report on the car and even offered to assist in sourcing for parts. Been always going back to Kaizen Motors for all my car servicing and issues. Shawn is an expert in his field and always explained thoroughly on the things he have done or repairs being made. He will also inform you about what are the other potential problems that might arise in the future so at least you could be well prepared.
