Apologies for the e-communication. The owner of the mobile number belongs to Mr. George himself. Based on our website and mycarforum signature, it was indicated that "whatsapp" for that number and we have a land line for calling.

When you tried to call him at 1455hrs, to ask what time your car will be ready, he was conducting an international course and is inconvenient for him to pick up any calls. When our team tried to contact you for collection, your phone was not picked up either. George did response to you on the actual time of collection.

Another note, you hope someone will be there to explain to you on how to maintain. George did mention to you who to look for and did inform you that they were stated on the invoice too. During his course break, he did tried to follow up with you if someone has explained to you on your enquirers without any response till date.

Just for some clarification, Extreme Package comes with lifetime warranty. During initial enquiry for quotation, a copy of the terms and condition was attached. During registering of the unique warranty number on-line, the terms and conditions were acknowledged.

Under the 6th Point, Annual Inspection is required to maintain the warranty effectiveness. After the scope of work is covered (Inspection) as listed on point 3, we will be applying addition layer of Ceramic PRO SPORT and Ceramic PRO LIGHT (Maintenance) at no additional costs to ensure our customers gets a value added service.

Under the terms and conditions, there isn't any clause for self wash or be washed by Ace Gt Pte Ltd only. Usually we will advice owners on how to take care of the coating and will share the pro and cons of self wash and washed by others. As even more value added service to our customers, we provide proper, quality wash at a reasonable rate. Unsure if you have seen how it was done when your car was send in. It will include vacuum, tyre shine and application of Ceramic PRO SPORT (Ceramic PRO 9H Conditioning) as complimentary - Stated on Ceramic PRO Prestige card which will be mailed to you soon.

For Full Interior, Leather could last up to 6 months which is one of the longest durability for Leather care. Textile on your fix floor carpets could last 3-12 months, durability depends on the usage. Plastic Protection could go more than 12 months to 24 months for a single application.

Thank you for sharing with us your experience. I understand that you have made an appointment with us on the 28th of May. However, you have called us on 26th of May and ask for a later date. Which is less than 72 hrs of notification as stated. But out of goodwill, we arrange another date for your paint protection session.

As I understand that this is not the whole cause of your unhappiness. Where you find that the extreme package and the service is not to your expectation. I would like to check with you on the status of your current requirement too. As I understand that you initially ask for the INTERMEDIATE package but however, you have told my team that you opt for extreme package instead. Due to the man hour and the number of layers of application difference, we decided to tell the team to stop and let you decide which package you would like to do. As the pricing defers a lot.
