I went to report my car accident at COMPLETE VMS at Soon Lee. Jia En was empathetic and helpful and the Manager also gave helpful advice. The whole reporting process was smooth and efficient. From filling out the forms and explanation of the whole process of repair and claims were explained patiently by both Jian En and the Manager.
