Joyce from complete VMS have been extremely helpful since day 1 when I had an accident and the workshop did an extremely good job in fixing the back of my car as well. She’s really helpful when doing the insurance claim and advice all process really thoroughly. Got into an accident and had to send my car to them for an inspection. The staff were very helpful in reviewing my incident and handling my case for me. Did my servicing with them as well. As a female, going to workshop has never been a comfortable experience for me but the service at Complete VMS totally changed my impression. Our car met with an accident and we were recommended a few workshops by Income Motor Insurance. We went ahead with Complete VMS Pte Ltd. The damage assessment and repair were fuss-free and completed earlier than expected. We had a replacement car to use while the car was in repair, a decent and easy-to-drive car. The car was returned in good working condition after the repairs, car was included as well.
