Have went to a few WS before (including JB one) but Merlin is the most professional and excellent with detailed explanation on car problems. Price is reasonable considering quick service. I think will choose it to service my car regularly.

Specially recommend the throttle body clean service (80-100$,depending car model) which is always missed in regular maintenance but very useful to improve engine performance.

Went to get my car service based on friend recommendation and the experirnce I had was superb.
First, the person who served me is Hendry and he is superbly friendly. I told him I need my car serviced and straight away he showed me the different kinds of motor oils they had and advised me accordlingly based on my car setup, usage counts, budgets, etc. After choosing, he straight away started to work on my car and 10 mins later, he came back to me and advised on other issues which my car was having because he did a thorough check on brakes, filters, spark plugs, etc. I was amazed cos all I asked for is to do an oil change and he went an extra step to check everything for me. In the end, he showed me my worned out brake pads and also the conditions of my spark plugs. Price was reasonable and service was great as they showed me every items that they had took out for change and the new ones before installing. I even get a car wash after everything was completed. Definitely going back there again.

I went there yesterday because I thought I had a problem with my car suspension. Jacky the mechanic did not want to quote me over the phone as he preferred to see what's wrong with my car first.

When I brought it down, he drove my car around, and said that there was nothing wrong with the suspension, and the little squeaky sound I heard is not a safety issue.

Embarrassed, I told him about a few other minor problems, which he proceeded to rectify. He tried to save me money by saying that my car tail lights was not a problem, and the only thing he charged me for is for topping up my air-con compressor gas. Just $20.

Also, he had a general look at my car and told me my front tyres were balding, and if I wanted a smoother ride, I should get them replaced.

Really appreciate his honesty and thrift, it's certainly very good service!

GOOD SERVICE . They are quite honest . Tell me truefully what needed to repair and not to repair . Mr jacky wee Is also quite Knowledgeable.

I think this Car workshop is Excellent . The bosses there are quite honest . They will only need to repair when needed . I highly recommend people to go to this workshop . YOU WILL LIKE IT .

This is not a bad review. i have known them for years! they could be patronizing at times. they are alright, nothing to shout about really. But could show better response to queires during busy hours. i dont feel too comfortable to staying with a single workshop for all my needs. It gives me the freedom to choose, compare and evaluate others in pricing and customer services.

Done my servicing today with them. Wow fast and accurate. Most importantly they are friendly. Did brake adjustments and even a car wash after the servicing. Thanks and will come back again for the next servicing.
