Hub got into accident. Called AXA insurance authorised workshop for towing and assistance. Everything went smoothly. Visited workshop to see progress of the car repair. Wendy went through details of the repair, let me know what's needed to be done, what's replaced so on and so forth. Clarity of communication. Upon the car collection, was impressed with the repair works, interior was cleaned up. Great service from the team. 🤙🏻 - Desiree Khoo

Got in today to file a claim against a driver who ran into me. There goes more than 10 year accident free record Came in all prepared with a nicely typed out statement complete with pictures and illustrations of the accident. To my surprise the staff still ask that i sketch the incident??!!! What can be more clear with markings on google maps in 2D and 3D??!!! Was not exactly treated with smile and could tell this particular staff was not too motivated on a Saturday morning. Also reception of the car was serviced by a China Mandarin speaking man. Would not say my Mandarin is fluent though i did have many China colleagues before and i still could not really understand what he was saying. May be just not enough coffee for me in the morning :). So now I wait to see the result of my claim from 3rd party. But all in all so far on insurance claim experience it can't be a 4.1. Thought this place ranked highest among the 3 in FWD authorized workshop in the East but sadly it is not so. We shall see on the repair part. Tune in...... Sep 5th '19 Things seem to turn things for the better. Staff coordination and response time way better. Now going to do own damage claim and after they will assist in going for a 3rd party claim. Only minor point is not able to drop the car off early in the morning before work starts. Sep 12th '19 Got me car back as good as new. Good job on interior and exterior clean. All in all rough on the edges service but they do get the job done. Just don't be expect 5 star reception and ambience u be just fine. - Ben N.

Heard good service about this workshop hence came here for my repair. Came to this workshop for my car accident repair. The paperwork and repair was a breeze. The staff were very professional, especially Pei Wen who handed my case from start to end. She helped to liaise between the surveyor and myself, checked period of repair, regular updates were given and information presented were accurate. They gave the car a thorough wash before returning it. Will come back for my future servicing as well! - Kai Jun Ng

What I love about this workshop is they do not hard sell. I first visited this company as I had an accident and I chose this workshop as it is nearest to my workplace & an authorised workshop of AIG. I have since changed job and moved to the west. However, I still come back for regular maintenance of the vehicle. Progressive never fail to impress. Strongly recommended! Look for Wendy or Lily as they have served me well! - Mark Tan

1st experience with Progressive as they are the authorised repair for Direct Asia. Wendy, assisted me in all the repairs and because of her excellent service, I started going there for all my other car issues. Happen to meet an accident and required to make a accident report request by insurance company.
First serve by a china guy.
- Not friendly. First question ask the purpose of visit.
- Never tell me anything and ask hit where and use the digital camera to take photo of my car.
- Write me a form and proceed to 2nd floor.
Second serve by a women
- Not friendly, face like the whole world is owing to her.
- No smiling and not courtesy at all.
- Just give me the pen and pencil and fill in the form. Never advice how to fill in a proper manner.
- After finished just get to sign and fill up the email and say will send to me. Didn't even look at what I fill in the form.

Just because it is an approve accident reporting centre, if not I will not give my car for servicing even it is the cheapest in town.
