I have ended my contract with a Private Hire company recently and was about to return my car, that I would need a fix on my car exterior damages (my rental company always try to find fault for damages when you end your contract with them). That is why, lucky I have Progressive workshop! Charges wise, it is very competitive and reasonable with comparison to other established spray painting companies judging from the quality of work. Progressive's work is spot-on as when I returned the car, the Private Hire company couldn't find fault with it. Furthermore, upon collecting the car, what has surprised is that my car was washed, waxed on the damaged area and even vacuumed. The dashboard was even wiped as it was quite dusty when I sent in. Seriously I personally do not expect these value-added services to be provided as I only go for a simple bumper and fender respray. A great workshop with quality respray work, great service and very reasonable pricing. Thanks Progressive Team. The quality of service and work have way exceeded my expectation! - Dave Teng

I went to some cheap workshop and repair my car. After 6months the colour fade, engine begin to knock and I realize the workshop install 2nd hand parts and rethread the tyres. Sometimes it is still better to trust authorizes workshops. I have been with Progressive only for the first service and repair, and it felt so good. Super duper good!

My car was totalled according to AIG. Brought the wrecked vehicle to their workshop. Not very helpful staff. In the end, I have to engage the insurer myself with my claim. - Wilson Choo

Recently visited to spray my Audi A3 side skirts, reasonable quotation with quality paintwork and correct colour code. The workshop accommodated to my request to collect within the day, even though I sent the car in in the afternoon. Will definitely visit again for the good and quality service - Zheng Yang Ng

Truly honest and sincere. Let me explain why i am writing such magnificent praises for this company who services my car. Firstly, they managed to solve an intermittent problem I had with my brakes, which I sent to other reputable company recommended by my PI agent for warranty and free servicing, which they couldn't solve. The previous shop i sent convinced me to change my brake pads which still couldn’T solve the issue. The only results these brakes gave were noisy screeches whenever I move off my vehicle. PA also managed to improve my fuel economy and my car is very smooth and silent after servicing. I swear i never had a better driving experience before the servicing with him. Best of all, The charges were also very reasonable. Very pleased and happy. Highly recommended. Have already went for 3 servicings with PA, and have also recommended them to all my friends and family.

I have been using Progressive Automotive as they are the authorised workshop for AIG. Always have good experience with them as they fight for your insurance approval when they know you are not at fault. Recently, I had an experience with them that exceeded all expectations. I got into a minor accident so I had to fix my bumper. My authorised dealer said there was no engine and gearbox damage but knocking was not possible and quoted me a price of $2,878!! I took it to Progressive and Wendy said they will try their best to knock and paint and charged me $550. When I collected my car, I was shocked. It looked brand new! No sign of any past damage at all. Not just that, they cleaned the interior as well as the engine so that they were sparkling. The best part was, my AD told me they could not clean my windscreen and I had to go to a glass specialist. I think the solar film was not placed on properly and it was affecting the clarity slightly. Progressive cleaned it for me. Amazing job. - Aaron Chew

I don't usually leave reviews but this company is great until I specially created an account for this. Be it 3rd party claim, vehicle servicing or parts replacement, they provide fast and reliable service. Although their services are not cheap as compared to others, but I tend look for speed and quality. Greatly recommended for quality people but not for the cheap!

Send in my car for 3rd party accident claim. No proactive followup and I have to make calls for updates. Was told that the other party ins will make a direct settlement hence 100% claim despite me questioning several times. Send in car with confidence that all is settled but was later told on same day that its a 50-50. Qns the ws lady and she admited her mistake. Dragged for 2 weeks and wasted a lot of my time and effort.

Went to various company to repair my car's radiator issue. Most company took quite long to troubleshoot my vehicle and encourage me to send to Honda main company to get it repaired. But just nice I pass by this company at ubi, they quickly troubleshoot and solved my problem. It's not some big issue and I do not have to change my whole radiator at least. I saved big bucks and they offered not to charge me at first as they just solved it easily. But I insisted to pay them. Such company with great service and expertise is almost extinct. Kudos to them!

The given problem rectified and other problems are created like extra noise comes from music system , breaks are not smooth, extra noise comes from engine . So I definitely I will not recommend on technical expertize. Plus the workman charges very high
