Decided to change my number plate design yesterday. Uncle patiently explained the differences in terms of price to me. Creating and installing the plate was quick and fuss free. Was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes (It would have been much faster if only I didn't take so long trying to decide on the design).

Pricing here was much cheaper than Johnson Sticker aka SGC, and the turn around time was pretty short too. SGC asked me to wait 2 days+ for the same design.

I was looking to change my plates. Didn't want to go to the more popular shops. Found that Chuan Heng had good reviews. The lady promptly greeted me and within a few minutes my plate was ready. She explained that because of my numbers she would choose a fatter don't.

The boss also did a free personalisation. Totally unexpected as I was prepared to pay. That's what I call good customer service.

I would not hesitate to recommend this shop. Two thumbs up for service.

The service was fast and the lady was very friendly. Got my number plate changed in less than 5 minutes. Amazing. Furthermore I did not call or make any appointment. The lady also verify to ensure number is accurate. Furthermore, the price is really value for money.

Lastly, the lady request to inform that she is an employee only, not a lady boss as mentioned in previous review. Just a note to the shop, please list your opening hours for easy reference.

There were cracks on my existing vehicle number plates and I dropped by Chuan Heng Signcrafts to have the number plates replaced with the Embossed Aluminium License Plates (which are actually made in Germany). Was very impressed that the entire process took less than 10 minutes. Very efficient service indeed. I would recommend my friends to visit this shop if they needed their vehicle number plates to be replaced.

Just needed a $15 car plate frame. I asked auntie boss if can help me install she said can. But later found out my number plate had alr been screwed on, she told me dun waste the money as the screw holes wil b exposed. Patronised them few yrs back and today they are stil the same honest folks. Really rare, ups for this shop.

Reach the shop at 6pm and just nice lady boss and team about to leave for the day! Still very accomodating and friendly and I had my embossed plate done in less than 10mins! Excellent service and very efficient! The most professional number plate making place I ever been to! Highly recommended!

Just went over to Chuan Heng to get my off-peak car red plate changed to black plate earlier. Costs $68 nett, as per their online advertisement. This includes the front and rear plates, and the manual labour costs for cutting away the off-peak car seal. Whole process took about 30 mins. Aunty boss at Chuan Heng is very friendly and helpful. She is sincere and answers patiently to all my enquiries as well. I strongly endorse and recommend this place to all forummers here whom are keen to change their car license plates.

Went to change one set of license plates. Very impressed with the experience and efficiency of this license plate shop. Got my embossed plate within 5 mins. And quality is very well made. Understand from the shop owner that the raw materials are all imported from Germany! Even show me the German ISO standard stamp at the back of the plates for mine. So for the same price (in fact slightly cheaper) than other shops, you get the best quality materials and very efficient service. Very different from my original plates which the aluminium looks so cheapo and the color of the numbers fade away within 3 months. Oh yes, these guys really know their stuffs well and provided very good advice about the LTA standards. Keep up the good work!
