I own a SH9 and have been to at 3 different workshops, having stay with the latter for the longest period. Only to had lost my patience with the latter because they could not figure out why my car kept dying on the road.
Having had enough, I decided to look for a Subaru Specialist, and found FR Auto. Being a little more cautious this time around, I read through the reviews posted and was quite convinced with service provided.
Without a doubt, I was impressed upon my first visit just 2 days back. Having not share the issues I was facing with Boy(the Owner), he requested that I open my hood. I was blown away when he immediately caught eye of something and identified a problem I was facing, unlike other workshops who asked what problems I was facing. My Power Steering Pump was leaking, to the point that the containment was empty. Was recommended to do a Major Service, as the mileage was ripe. I decided to leave the car for the day as not to rush him, but he didn't take very long to finish the works required.

My family and I are now enjoying the ride, with the correct recommended Engine Oil, compared to previous servicing. I'm definitely going back to FR Auto for all my future services. 2 Thumbs Up!

FR auto has the best mechanic "Boy". He solved many problems that other well-known workshops couldn't and spotted problems even before further damage is done.

I knew farhan aka boy for quite sometime, he's my ex colleague. He quits his job to persue his hobby. Took up his skills from his dad & securing it with his ex employer, motor image. Nothing to doubt that he knows subaru@ the back of his head. He does other cars too, master of his trades he nevers cut corners. Young, humble chap full of knowledge yet he say he still learning. Sending my ride to FR auto I know my ride is in good hands.

A cousin of mine previously work with him at subaru recommend me to his shop. Very humble very intelligent in troubleshoot engine fault, my car broke down he manage to slove it while other try to trick me into overhaul the engine while the problem is only the ignition coil.. Since than i have always drop by to service my car.. The motul engine oil is the best feeling...! Should get your engine oil chamge to motul at FR AUTO.

Got to know this workshop by word of mouth back then and had my car serviced and repaired here ever since I had my car. Humble and knowledgeable mechanic armed with technical expertise in Subaru. He is a certified by Subaru Japan having previously worked at Motor Image. I have a habit of shadowing him when he is working on my car, I can say he is not taking any shortcuts and he do thing the right and correct way. Together with his reasonably priced services and excellent workmanship, I proudly recommend this workshop. He does other car makes too.
