1 Car Service provided excellent and prompt service to my BMW .. Their Manager, Ryan was very attentive to details and went through the various activities that the team will perform on my car. My fiance's mum's car had a strong petrol smell and after seeing many workshops, the mechanics couldn't diagnose the problem. 1-Car discovered the leak and fixed it within a day - very professional and stellar work! Chanced upon this place when Googling for a reputable workshop near my place. The spacious workshop had 2 cars inside and 1 completed car outside when I arrived. I was attended to at no time. I was told by another workshop that a major overhaul is required. But pleasantly surprised that it was not so here. The mechanics knew their job and were professional in trouble shooting. It was a rainy Saturday afternoon and they were about to close when i contacted Ryan from the workshop to fix a loose body kit and undercarriage plate. The entire team was friendly, professional and responsive; thanks to the mechanic that pickup the office phone, Dao Xiong who responded to my missed call on his hp, Ryan who met up personally when I got there, the mechanic whom I briefly spoke with that replied competently to my queries. A big thank you to Ryan who guided me through the entire process and helped expedite the repair. It was seamless from the start to the end.
