Sent my 6-year-old continental car there for servicing and repairs. The price they quoted me was significantly lower than the agent, and it was done really quickly! I sent the car in at 9am, and it was ready by 2pm. Customer service was excellent too - yes, there isn't free cuppucino and posh waiting area, but the lower cost is well worth it. My Mercedes GLA180 has been under the care of 1 Car from day 1, till now 4.5 years. The service is always prompt and they only ask me to do things that are necessary, never any hard selling. It is true because at the 4 yr mark, I was asked if I wanted to change the battery. I wanted to save some money so I did all the rest of items except battery. Found the workshop via google. Reviews are legit. I'm impressed with their service. Ryan will understand your issues then convey to the mechanic, mechanic does his thing very professionally. Initially I thought it's going to be extremely costly as check engine light, ABS light, Traction control light all came on. They didn't solve the lack of power in the engine the first time round so I brought it back and they were very professional and determined to get to the bottom of it. All in all they fixed everything within 3 hours in total, including test drive, waiting for parts etc. I was in a position where it was very easy to be a carrot for a typical car workshop to chop, therefore very wary when first entered, but after everything I do not regret as not only they didn't take the opportunity to go for the kill, their prices are very reasonable. They will be my trusted workshop for a very long time. In summary, if you're looking for a workshop with very good service for both human and car, this is the place. -Bryan K

Had Ryan and team did a top overhaul on my engine during to overheat. He kept me informed on every step and the car ran great after. Only thing that perhaps can be even better would be they having the option to clean the car after service.
