Gloss is at 93%.
A satisfy customer.
No regret with CS 2 application.

Was evaluating a few companies before choosing CS-II.

Spoke to Angie (I presume she's the manageress) over the phone for 3 times before committing and she was very patient during all 3 calls.

Did my titanium package on 16th July 2016. Was carried out by 2 gentlemen (Fang, Jian) and they were very detailed and patient. Though my car was new, I was told that there were already watermarks on the body. These 2 gentlemen patiently removed all of them in a process lasting a total of >5 hours.

I have done CSII coating for my Kia Cerato for continued 4 yrs. Now I go for Ceramic coating for my new Toyota. 👍

My 3rd visit to Unique... Twice with my previous car and now with the new. Quality is the reason I went back to Unique and experience with the paint protection is non-disputable. It simply worked - my old car still emit glow and shine with most parts of the car (minus the rood) after 9+ years of harsh weather and road battering. :)

Now, to pamper the new car before the interest dies out.

A couple of mugshots of the work delivered by Unique just yesterday. 1 week after I took delivery of my new car. Perfect!

If quality can come more easily with the wallet, then that will be heavenly and living up to every consumer's dream!! Keep it up!

Just sent in my car for the titanium coat. The service provided at CS-II Premier flagship outlet was really good. The CS-II titanium coating really makes my car look like a new car everyday. I witnessed the entire process which took about 5 hours. The staff were very detailed and it is definitely money well spend. Highly recommended.

Did ceramic coating around April 2015. A few months back, friends always comment that my car doesn't seem to have that "Ceramic coating" Effect. Called them, advise to go for claybar washing which will remove the dirt. After claybar washing, told them still very "Rough" Texture. Then start to say must be I went for a panel painting so they polish my car and the ceramic coating is gone. Why not say so before washing, only say need recoating after washing. Asking me to pay $338 again which I seriously doubt them already to their so called 3 years warranty.

On last Saturday 2nd April, we did receive a call from you to ask about the carwash queue and that you requested to do for a claybar wash. When you arrived, you informed us that you felt roughness on the bonnet surface. We felt the bonnet and it was admittedly quite rough and we proceed with the claybar wash.

After the claybar and the car was brought under brighter lighting, we came to realize that the fender area has been spray painted and the roughness might be because there was a case of over spraying. We offered to do free touch-up on two panels; our touch-up limit is a maximum of 3 panels per touch-up. Anything more than that will incur charges because it will consume time and manpower.

The technician assessed the car and saw the car has the appearance of being polished by a third party. It also has too many swirl marks. As common sense dictates, we generally advise customers to avoid outside polishing after coating because it might harm the coating or remove them altogether.

Since the car was polished and the coating might not be there anymore, we need to rework the whole car by going through the whole 6 hours coating process again. Therefore, we are unable to offer this for free and instead offer to do it for a maintenance price (roughly 30% from the retail price).

If you are still willing to put your trust in us, we will try to rectify this problem for you by recoating the car at the aforementioned maintenance price.

Had CS-II ceramic done 6 days ago and it has maintained its shine and silky touch.
I suspect the coating was done on my Alloy wheels too, as all the dust and brake powder just come off with just a water spray..:P
Gloss index is 93.
My car park area is 'open', so the ceramic coating was the right investment.
Btw everyone at the Kaki Bukit branch was polite and helpful, had a nice, after sales briefing, that set my mind at ease for future 'touch up' etc.

Like I said 'Great investment'
