Had a minor problem with my rental car. Upon calling , their representative JunJie without hesitation immediately arranged for a replacement car. Before he send me the car , he did a thorough check of the car to ensure it was in tip top condition. Excellent service and strongly recommended Fresh Cars. Rented a COE car for a week during the Dec holidays. Condition of the car is acceptable given the competitive price paid. What is commendable is the customer service from Jun Jie and his colleague, Kim. Jun Jie gave a very thorough run-through of the rental contract and helped to arrange an exchange of car at last minute's request. Kim assisted very professionally on incident report. It's was a pleasure experience to rent a car from Fresh Cars. Especially when I was served by JiaWel, his knowledge about rental car service was indeed the best I had encounter so far. I told him that my intention to buy a car of the same model that I had rent and he also reassured the choices that I made. He's flexibility arranging my rental enquires was fabulous. There are a lot of car to choose.I holiday with my family and I need a big car. They provide me a Toyota wish.It just nice and comfortable to drive and the price also budget. Rented a white Honda jazz on very short notice for 2 weeks. It's a hassle free rental. They explain to you everything In Details. And when returning was raining, and the person asked me to wait in the office while they checked the car and there isn't anything wrong. So I can trust them without me checking. Strongly recommend to all drivers, pte or PHV . reasonable rate company with warm service given by JIAWEI A helpful and steady Company are hard to come by not like bad encounter on my previous rental company ........ Come back to the lab for my diabetes treatment again and this time need stay 5days again , the last , they given me a good discount to lighten my cost , so grateful and appreciated for the help with JiaWei Lastly must thanks him for his help and also to my friend involved in an accident last week , JiaWei had help him on the whole claim and medical . (Where to find such a helpful partner ) Dun think it's right here . - Ric Ng
